This is a nice location to visit. The food is always, the staff is nice, and the restaurant is clean. We ate her for a cheap dinner after we forgot to thaw out food. My wife ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with fries, and I also ordered a cherry turnover. All of the food was tasty and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean.
Such a great restaurant. Last night me and my family went to Arby's for some dinner, and it was really good! The tables were wiped, the service was great, the food was even better, free refills on drinks, and they even gave us free french fries when we wanted extra food. Definitely recommended from me.
This was my first visit to this Arbys. I ordered roast beef sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Although the roast beef sandwiches were ok the nuggets were disgusting. They appeared to be very old and over cooked. Also the drive thru service individual was inattentive and zero engagement. Not recommended
No one was in the dining room but us, the staff was so immature, loud and obnoxious!. The sandwich was the classic roast beef and cheddar, fries were cold. The only good thing about the place is that at least it was clean. The manager is responsible for employees so just tell them to be a little more professional when customers are around. I hate that I forgot to take a picture of the food.
Pictures of rotten lettuce speak for themselves. Manager… that’s a joke here. I have better things to do than explain who crazy the people who operate this location must be to hire people like this.
Workers are untrained and unprofessional and disrespectful... everything is wrong and messy and I never even got an apology for it. They made me feel like it was my fault they made it wrong. I eat Arbys frequently so I know what is suppose to come on my sandwiches. This Arbys however just does their own thing I guess. I'm disappointed.
Ok, so it's Arbys and I wanted to try the sliders. Well, suffice it to say the sliders are puny. They are literally bite size. I might feed thia ro my 18 month old grandson, but for an adult, you would need 6 to equal the big roast beef sandwich. See the photo.
The chicken was old, brown, dry on the chicken sliders. It is possible they gave me sliders from earlier in the day. I bought these 3 sliders in Canal Winchester on 5/18/2023 @ 6:25 or 6:30...how could rhe chicken be that hard, old, brown, and dry...only giving a 2 star because the fries were good. Son buy the chicken sliders here...my daughter's chicken was tender and white. But I get dry, old, and hard. I could finish past the first one.
I still want to try the other sliders...but Arby's in Canal Winchester off Rt 33...you need to do better.
