The sandwich was drenched in sauce, the meat hanging off the sides. There’s always something with this branch. I’m done with this place!!!
Decent experience overall, but nothing exceptional. Food was very good and mostly fresh (the fries were a bit old).
When we got to the drive through window, all of the lights were off, so we asked to turn on the menu light to see it better (it was dark out).
The staff were fine - not necessarily welcoming, but they were just there and did their jobs.
Overall, this location is decent, but there's some areas of improvement. It's decent enough that we'll probably keep coming back though!
Friendly staff. Food was out super fast and was tasty. Bathrooms were clean. The problem was
front of the house was extremely dirty. Tables dirty and sticky. The floor was extremely sticky. Not trying to hate. Just be in truthful.
Messed up our order 3 times in a row.... what a terrible experience. They took the order right they just couldn't put in the bag what we actually ordered.
Very dissatisfied, the rueban sandwich bread wasn't toasted. Was soggy , I also ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches wich the bread was stale. It was falling apart, waited 10 minutes in the drive through after I ordered, no one else in line, inside was not busy at all, the windows were gross, they need to be cleaned, the person that took the order was nice ...I spent 18$ and ended up throwing it away , very disappointing especially with the high prices we pay anymore. Do better
Service was amazingly fast. I ordered, got my cup and walked over to fill soda and my food was ready. It was nicely on the bun, the roast beef and cheese, some restaurants the beef is slapped on the bun and cheese all over the bun, not here which was a plus. The tables were mostly filled so it was a bust time at 1130 am so I was impressed. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The curly fries were hot. This is one of the better Arby's I was at so if in a hurry to get your food during lunch hour this would be a good place to go.
Love the roast beef and cheddar with Arby's sauce and horse radish. Curly fries are good too!
Good as fast food goes. Employee had no personality and didn't seem to want to be there.
