The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady taking the order was impatient rushing us through our order before we could finish even telling her how we wanted our sandwiches. I asked for mayo. I didn’t ask for it to be swimming in mayo. Just gross. The pictures are the inedible chicken sandwich I was given in the drive thru. When I got to work and saw this, I tossed in the garbage. My co-worker didn’t even get the correct order. Just an overall horrible experience.
They don't know how to take an order or speak to customers. Just plain rude. Food quality is horrible and practically inedible. Chicken tenders were extremely hard and looked like they had been under a heat lamp for at least 4 hours. Portion sizes are not followed. My large order of curly fries was less than half full. Whoever manages this location should be fired.
This Arby's has turned around alot. I refused to go hear for a long time due to no one on the mic for the drive-thru and the food being horrible. But this time the food was hot and the manage that runs the day time crew has stepped up the quality of the service and it was an enjoyable experience versus a frustrating one. If you have given up on this Arby's give them a shot during the lunch hour they are a complete change from what use to be at this place.
Unless hours are wrong and they aren’t open at 10pm on a Saturday and close at midnight like the hours state on google AND the Arby’s official website, two cars outside & no one in the line AND the kitchen lights clearly on and after 10 minutes in the drive thru there was still no response no nothing. Don’t even come here yall not worth the time
Food was good. Cashier has no customer service skills, none, zero, terrible.
The food lately has been great (although my chicken salad sandwich was a little heavy on the Mayo today) and the staff (which are high school kids) we're very respectful. My only complaint is that narrow drive through but, I could go in and order so that's on me lol. *Update 12/5/21- How is this location still in operation? I'm the only customer here.. Two employees behind the counter.. all I want is a Greek gyro. This isn't it!
Manager guy name Steve is Amazing very polite and helpful and good service I will eat there if he's there.....
Come on Arbys. Give your staff a lunch break, my fries look like someone munching on them on the way home, Burger burnt, really??
