First time in forever, last time ever.
You would have thought the service at the drive-thru was moving mountains to answer a question about the order. The sarcasically rattled off my order total as if she was done dealing with me. I asked for sauce on the side. I got back to work and the whole sandwich was swimming in sauce and a supposed hot sandwich was literally cold as if it just came right out of the cooler, bun and all.
Not sure what I did to deserve this service. However, I am actually afraid to eat it. Not sure what else they did to it.
Just another AWESOME customer service experience in Athens, GA.

By far the best experience I've ever had at an Arby's. Really great service, with special attention given to our little one. Would come back again!
I don't know what happened here, but I like it! I've been frequenting this Arby's location since the early 1980's, and I never had any complaints, until recent years. It got to where you never knew if your food was going to be good, or hot, and the employees acted like they would rather be anywhere other than there. However, my mom and I dropped in at this Arby's a few days ago and I started having flashbacks of disco music, places like the MadHatter, B&L Wharehouse, etc because that was the last time that this Arby's food and service was anywhere near as good as it is again! They've even brought back their famous "potato cakes", which used to be sold in packs of 2, but now they come 3 per pack! The food and service BOTH have been completely turned around and let's just hope they keep it this way this time!
Good customer service, good food and clean bathroom. They have one of the oldest arbys sign outside, very cool!
Great drive thru service. It was clear thar they were short staffed, but made me feel like a priority. The food was everything I expected but the service will bring me back.
Well asked the female manager could income in cool off when she got ready to get off she referred to me as the old lady sitting in the dining room. Then when I left I asked if I could get an old drink the young man said no we don't do that so he could careless if my heart was failing either. You would have thought I asked for a 12 course meal for free. Well you loste.as a customer. This old lady is going else where.
Great experience great food great service. Bell worthy, if you come to Arby's frequently then you know what I mean. Sliders are the best curly fries and onion rings. Love their sauces especially the honey dijon. All around great place for a quick bite quality meats and a cool calm environment.
I ordered the new menu item, which was the burger. It was so juicy, thick, and tasty. The fries were hot, but the mocha milk shake was tasty. Thanks
