I had the Reuben sandwich meal and it was very tasty. I felt that there could’ve been more of the sauce on the sandwich. Curly fries Were fresh. My husband had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. He said it was flavorful but could have used more onion rings. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
The large man with bigfoot hair all over, was extremely rude and passive aggressive. I was ready to order, and he said "I'm here just waiting on you.". That is not the first thing you say to a customer. The food was thrown into the bag in a rush, and the sandwich was falling out of the wrapper. I've been coming here for months, this is pathetic.
My experience at this location was abysmal. I asked for crinkle fries and got exactly half crinkle and half curly in the box. They tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile, like they couldn't be bothered to make any fresh. My roast beef was ok, but I've definitely had better. The girl running the drive thru was monotonous and didn't ask if I wanted any sauces and just overall didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Very disappointed.
It's ok. The market fresh sandwich is supposed to be a big club sandwich. It had one half piece of the end of a lettuce head and a thin mini tomato and a half slice of cheese. The employees don't seem to enjoy working there either. If you don't like a job. Quit and find one you like. Don't take it out on the customer and lose quality for the owners.
This is a large strawberry lemonade for 3.50 do not buy. It's a 20 Oz cup filled with ice u get about 6 pz of liquid for 3.50. Not worth it at all.
Every time we get Arby's, the customer service we receive is top notch. Always greatest with a friendly greeting, and smiling faces.
Walked in on an amazing Father’s Day 2024 with my family only to wait 5 plus minutes in line with 3 other people. The large bearded attendant walked out from behind a small wall not to great a single person. Would’ve given the food an accurate score if there was any customer service.
The guy working the drive through that evening was the best. True customer service. My wife never tried Arby's before this evening, and now she's a fan.
