The food is usually great but when you walk in the doors the place is filled with smoke. As i sit here typing this all i can smell is Arby's grease. I've wanted to write this for years, but i will stop coming inside until you fix/clean/maintenance or get a new exhaust hood, This might help with the filth as mentioned in previous reviews!
They did not get my order correct. Then tried saying that I did order 2 shakes when I ordered 2 sliders, 1 shake and a chocolate chip cookie. I asked them to just change the order by replacing one shake with the cookie. They then got manager who tried to refund me the one shake. When I asked about the cookie, she said they had no cookies. I was fed up by then and asked for a full refund and got food elsewhere. Why won't I told to begin with that there were no cookies? I was in drive- thru and was even asked if I said chocolate and I said yes, thinking they were asking me about the cookie. My shake I had asked for a jamocha. ????
Place is a joke. Ordered online and had to wait 15 mins after time it was supposed to be done. Then they tried to give us someone else's food. And when we got home we ordered beef and cheddar and got no cheddar. They also destroyed another customers order that was in the drive-thru.
If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place is beyond horrible. The drive thru is a enter and you are stuck there until everyone goes through. Went there tonight. Waited for 8 min for someone to come over the intercom. I said hello? Female comes on and said well you can order whenever you want but we aew out of roast beef, tomatoes and about 5 other things she listed. I said ok. Can you tell me how to exit your drive thru since you have no roast beef? Female says no clue. Is there a car behind you? I said yes. Another voice came over and said do not yell at my employees. I said ma'am I never raised my voice nor did I yell. I asked when they would have more roast beef, no one came back on the Intercom. I waited in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me for almost 30 minutes. This isn't the first time in recent months that for days upon days they have no supplies and the help is generally rude. This place needs closed or corporate needs to step in and start taking action. Starting with ordering supplies correctly.
I have been a frequent costumer at Arby's for years. The inside of the building is a safety hazard. There is so much smoke inside I don't understand how people work all day. You can see the smoke come out when they open the drive-thru window.
First time visiting this Arby's. One of the best ones I've been to. Clean, friendly, and quick on service. Loved the way it was layed out inside. Was especially happy they have their fish sandwich back!!
Food was made correctly was nice and hot used 50%off coupon I got two chicken sandwiches they were delicious very juicy and tender breading was crisp.I highly recommend their chicken sandwiches to anyone who loves a great chicken sandwich
Food gets no stars from me! The roast beef was cut so thick it was nasty. I'm not going back here for a while. Please, Arby's, do better. It's supposed to be thinly sliced. At least that's what the commercial says.
