Upon visiting the North Bend WA. establishment, I was appalled by its cleanliness--or lack thereof. After ordering my sandwich, I hesitated to take a bite, fearing the consequences. Surprisingly I didn't fall ill.
The pictures I shared don't fully capture the filthiness of the place. Empty sauce dispensers and discarded containers cluttered the counter, likely due to frustrated customers. It's regrettable because I genuinely enjoy Arby's, but I won't be returning.
This is unfortunate because I love Arby’s sandwiches and this is a convenient location.
After posting this review I noticed other reviews going back 9 years with similar posts. Wow, I am surprised they are still in business.
Should have heeded the two-star rating before visiting.
Service is incredibly slow, perhaps establishment was short-staffed. People gathered around counter waiting for their orders,and waiting, and waiting some more. 15 minutes passed before I got my order of two roast beef sandwiches. It was hands down some of the saltiest if not the saltiest roast beef I ever tasted. Simply not worth it.
Arby's is a fast food place known by a big red hat. Not the one with the blue hat - that's a fish place.
This Arby's likes for you to relax and enjoy life. So it is in no possible way anything relating to fast. Our meal, and I am not exaggerating, took a full 25 minutes to arrive at our table. Not exaggerating - 25 minutes. The fancy place across the street would have been faster.
The restaurant is dated. They had no lids for their cups. The condiment dispensers didn't work, and it wouldn't have mattered if they did as there were no cups for them. There were no napkins. Napkins.
There are a million better places nearby. Literally all of them. Go there.
was a place to eat. food was hot, and served quickly. Customer service was great, which makes a difference in my stops to eat in places. food was delicious, and tasted exactly like I imagined it. Great job Arby's, your a great place to eat at.
Very clean, but dated and needs some repairs. The sauce pumps were inoperable (of what we wanted) or empty and one of the fountain spouts (for water) was missing the nozzle. But tables were clean and staff was friendly.
We were traveling from the west side back to the east side of the state and stopped for lunch at the Arby's in North bend and I have to say it's one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant, the kid working the front counter had no idea what he was doing and he deleted our order twice so we had to reorder two times and the total bill came to $65 so I handed him a hundred and he said he could not break $100 bill and I asked him why he said because we can't so I then asked for his manager to come up front and explain to me why he couldn't take $100 bill for a $65 food bill The manager rectified that situation and then the kid at the front counter deleted our order again so we again had to reorder and then they screwed our order up twice. And while we were waiting on them to fix our order the die at the front counter and a coworker started laughing saying we should be shift manager over and over again like it was something to be proud of because they failed to do their jobs and when I ask for the manager again he was nowhere to be found
I rated atmosphere since it was required. I drove through. Drive thru experience was fast, friendly, and always efficient.
The food is consistently good. You get what you ordered. Hot food hot, cold food cold and tasty
This Arby's was a mess. Understaffed and dirty. The poor people working were overwhelmed and struggling. No manager in site. Took an hour to get our food with maybe 5 people in front of us. Tons of food done and just sitting with no one handing it out. Really sad, I love Arby's
