Good food but pricy. Their rewards program might as well be nonexistent because there is no way to get points without ordering online through the app. Then, it's difficult to use any points you may have earned. They really need to fix that to retain the loyalty of its customers. This isn't difficult, guys, as everyone else has rewarding easy to use loyalty points systems.
WOW this is CRAZY! Have you ever been served a MEDIUM ROAST BEEF SANDWICH with LETTUCE & TOMATO on a FREAKING HOT DOG BUN???? Well, I have! We ordered three sandwiches and drove home to find mine was on a wet soggy hot dog bun! I called and asked if that was something new, the female manager (Maria) on duty (who has been rude to us before) said they ran out of buns and that was why. I asked why the other sandwiches we got were on buns and she said they had just run out. So I asked why did they not tell us, and she lied and said they did. So, I am confused, they ran out of sandwich buns and sent someone to the store, and that someone bought freaking hot dog buns? Arby’s does not serve HOT DOGS!!! So we went back for a refund and she was again, very rude and no apology was given. And to make it worse she would not refund us for the medium drink that got left at home on the counter, even though we had to drive all the way back to get the refund. This is the last time we will ever go to this location. Simply DISGRACEFUL! Not the ARBY’S I grew up with. Also one quick note! This was not a bun they use on the French dip, because that's what I wanted, and they refused because they said they were out of buns for it.
My brother in law bought me the 2 for $5 honey mustard chicken wrap. When I opened the 2nd wrap, this was the MEAT inside. Laughable Arby's.
This is a very clean and organized Arby’s.
I enjoy their Classic Roast Beef and Curly Fries. ????
The food is absolutely amazing. My favorite is the brisket. You have to try it. My second fade is the corn beef. These people are friendly and the food is absolutely something to give a rave review about!!
Every time I hear the commercial come on I want to put on my shoes and run out the door. "We have the meats"! When I hear it I just think about all of the wonderfully delicious sandwiches that Arby's has on their menu. If you haven't been there to try the honey peppered bacon or any number of amazing meat filled delectable sandwiches.... you have got to go!
I know it's wrong I shouldn't be encouraging other people to be so indulgingly decadent with such a large amount of meat..... but if you're a true meat lover.... it's the place to go ????
*Be warned all Arby's are not the same but when you find a great one the sandwiches are Amazing!
Fast food. It was quick and easy to get the food. Literally took 2 minutes. I placed order and paid and 10 seconds later got what I ordered.
I always had really good food at this branch. Curly Fries were never stale.
Happy to have an Arby's close to where I live.
My personal fav... Buffalo chicken sandwich. yum.
