Nice retro Arby’s. Interior is dated, but better than the shoebox design many modern fast food places have.
My family and I went to Arby's located outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall on 8/19/24 and enjoyed everything. No crowd inside. Quick and efficient service. Not a long wait for food preparation and it was neat, hot and good. Previously, only had milkshakes from Arby's. This time ordered Greek Gyro (Lamb Meat), Bourbon BBQ beef brisket sandwich and Chicken Sandwich #6 on menu with crinkle fries, curly fries, Strawberry Milkshakes and 2 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. Everything was very good. I forgot to take pics because we enjoyed the meal so much. My family voted curly fry better than crinkle fries. Nothing was overly seasoned. Milkshakes are always thick. The cookies were about $2.15 and they are huge. Only needed one but ordered 2 thinking it would be smaller. Well worth the $ per my son who ordered it and only ate 1 thus far. They are fully packaged so shelf life will last longer. Thanks to Arby's outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall for the wonderful experience. Truly giving competition to these other fast food chains.
Order a chicken sandwich with fries from the drive-through, my sandwich was cold, my fries were also cold. When I went to bite into the chicken sandwich, it was rib meat. It was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant I will never go there again.
Haven't really been disappointed here yet. Food has always been hot and freshly made. I just don't like going through the drive-thru and them telling me to come inside to pick it up. They should bring the food to the car if that's the case, that's the whole point of a drive-thru.
I Bought a raw chicken sandwich at this place. Took a bite and spit right back out.. went back to the restaurant, but the staff refused to refund or replace.. Never will I visit this place again. So I've been hearing about Arby's roast beef sandwich (never had Arby's btw ????) from various sources on YouTube. I've finally decided to try it & I am pleasantly surprised. It was actually really good & doesn't taste like fast food garbage! Definitely happy they gave me the horseradish to try with it that added the "IT" factor to it. But yeah the rb sandwich & curly fries were hot, fresh & really good - even with it being a late night! I'll definitely be back & to this location bc the service was great!
2/22/24 11:30am- we haven’t been to Arby’s in many years- came to this location a few months back in the drive thru and we were greeted by a voice on the intercom that yelled, “We only have chicken no beef!” So went today woman on intercom seemed to have no patience for customers that’s don’t know the menu like the back of their hand - and I kindly explained that to her while she tried to adjust the attitude when I pulled around. The food was bland- didn’t taste like it did years ago- I could have spent my $24 down the street at Taco Bell- wasn’t impressed at all- the bun -I guess it was onion- was even more disgusting than the tasteless beef and cheddara
The first time we had the burger it was delicious! So delicious that we drove back to Philadelphia Mills just to go here but this go round our burgers were extremely under cooked. That ruined our appetites and we wasted our money ????
