Went there at 12:00 noon in the lobby was closed I was picking up two DoorDash orders they made me wait in the drive-thru for over a half hour wasted all my gas and then after I drop the DoorDash orders off I found out that they didn't even give the customer the right orders and I got cussed out by the DoorDash customer ..I would like corperate to refund me for the gas and time waisted and I would like the manager investigated as Everytime I come to this location the employees look high and mess everything up
Dropped my fried mac n cheese bites, then ask me if I wanted jalapeño poppers instead… confused. Then I ask for bronco berry and they’re OUT!!!! Then gave me 1 marinara sauce for my 4 pc cheese sticks… he’s lucky I’m not a heavy dipper!!!!
Stopped by Arby's drive thru for an early lunch. I ordered the 4for$10.00 classic roast beef sandwich. The young lady taking the order was very efficient and pleasant. When I got to the window I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I asked her..Angela...a couple questions which she answered and off I went. Associates like Angela are one reason I go back to where they work. They are professional...efficient...pleasant and seem to have a smile all the time. The sandwiches were as always very good!
Staff is on the ball foods better here then in heath by far also the girl with braids here is a goofball and honestly keep going back cuz shes sweet sassy and flipping funny and honestly i think shes got adhd like me because she dances rando times just to get a laugh love yall here foods amazing hot and fresh
We had ordered and they forgot my kids meals.. gave us the bags with toys but not the food.. called in was promised they'd send some coupons and still nothing it's been weeks at this point. Management needs reevaluated.. as expensive as there food is and as long as you have to wait for it it should all be there and right.
Crowded, service was a little slow, food a little sloppily prepared. Asked for regular fries, got 1/2 curly with too much seasoning.
Well sadly we ordered on the mobile app... Paid... Got there and everything was closed because of staffing. After about 5 minutes got someone to come to drive thru and they said they refunded the order.
Aaron, the Shift Manager, acted like he didn’t want to be there. When I ordered sandwiches and one order of fries, I told him these were not combos so he wouldn’t ring up any drinks - thought I was doing him a favor. He acted put out because he had to change the order. Only reason I gave the service 2 stars is because the other guy who gave me my turnover and shake was awesome. The condiment / drink station here is ALWAYS sticky and gross.
