My fries were room temp. They made me wait for my sandwich which I am assuming they had my fries waiting for my sandwich to be made, which didnt take a long time but 10 minutes of sitting out and they are not going to be warm. They also did not fill up the fry container, just paid $16 for a medium size mediocre meal that wasn't even hot. I tried this place because the BK was also not great in my past experience. Now I know to just stop at the grocery outlet and grab something.
The burger is good. Bourbon BBQ is nice. Bacon strips are crispy. Staff is very friendly. I seriously think this restaurant deserves higher ratings.
Listen to the negative reviews on this one. Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, didn't even get my full order. Got told I can sit in the huge drive-thru and wait again.
This also has to be the most expensive Arby's ever. Just spent $12, on a small classic sandwich a small fry and a small drink. I didn't receive a receipt so I'm not even sure if that's what it should really cost. The employees here have zero customer service skills, can't even listen when you tell them the same thing multiple times.
Ordered and paid, then had to sit in a parking spot for 30 minutes waiting for my food. Was about to call and tell them I was leaving without my food because it was taking so long and they finally came out to give me half my food and half somebody else's...I ordered curly fries and got regular, and someone's random cheese sticks in assuming is what they are. Do not recommend.... thankfully the food was hot at least..
Had a chicken, bacon ranch meal. What a waste of money. The chicken was slightly pink and very rubbery. I took it off the bun and tried to tear it. Difficult to do. I ended up eating the piece of cheese and the little bit of bacon. The pop was completely flat. I couldn't even make a bubble. I am so disgusted I almost drove all the way back there, but didn't want to sit in the extremely slow drive in window line. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about the rubbery bite I took, and wonder if e coli will follow. I can't express enough how disgusting this meal was.
This place is managed by clowns. I've had numerous problems here but I deleted my last review so I could leave one more relevant. I got there last night April 29th 2024 about 10 minutes before closing. I ordered a double classics meal with a large curly fry And large diet Coke. With one extra classic double, And two white milks. The curly fries had dark areas all over so I broke them off because I didn't want to eat them. And then when I opened a milk and took a drink I practically puked because it was sour. Thankfully I didn't get more than a small mouthful. I looked at the expiration date and it still had nearly a month to go. So I don't know what's going on but these people obviously don't keep their food fresh. I'm not even going to call back and complain because I'm just not going to go there anymore. I had high hopes for this Arby's because Burger King was so bad. But they're actually making Burger King look good. Thanks Arby's!
Everything was just peachy until I got down the road and realized that my order was incomplete. What a bummer since I was fsr enough along that turning around would have been counterintuitive. Always a bummer when the receipt is right but the order isn't.
Good service. Horrible food. Cold tasteless. Had the brisket sandwich. My wife had the French dip with crinkle fries. It was the better of the two. The brisket was dry and ate like cardboard. The curly fries were dry and cold. Really poor. Not good. The help was pleasant.
