We just moved here to Greenfield from Florida and this was the nicest, cleanest and fastest Arby’s we’ve ever entered. Serene, the manager on duty waited on us and was super friendly and quick. This is either a brand new location or was recently updated because it was fancy! Amanda Colleen, their GSM needs to be very proud of her store. I would highly recommend coming here. They’re quick, super nice and order was put in a flash. I’ll be coming back; absolutely!
Welcoming and friendly employees. Great atmosphere. Food was nice and hot. Order was correct. Nice to see after a long work day. They even acknowledged my daughter.
Ate in dining room on 7/13/2024...worst service ever! Had to wait over 15 minutes just for a roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich looked like someone sat on it and the fries old, cold, and greasy.
Don't order the "chicken tenders" unless you're a fan of fried boot leather. These are the most pathetic excuses for chicken tenders I've ever seen. No meat, zero tenderness. $11+ for a 5 piece of fried cardboard and cold fries.
Yeah always making my food wrong bro like I don’t know if y’all hire people that just can’t read but I work literally all day plus take adderall twice a day so when I actually want to eat and I can’t because someone didn’t read the screen and / or grab the little white specialty tag that prints really ruins my night. Like what do you get paid for smh
Service was great, food lacking for 55.00 spent. Probably the worst arbys gyro I have ever had. Literally looked as if they hand picked how many shreds of lettuce to use, lacked lettuce, onion. Had to request no tomatoes a couple times even after him rereading order to us. The other sandwiches & fries were good. *****UPDATE...decided to give it another go, bad mistake, this time the gyro flat bread I received was so dry & old that it literally was in 5 pieces broken after I just unwrapped it. By far the worst gyro I've ever had at ANY arbys!! Why would you even continue on & let someone get it to eat. So pathetic. Fries were burnt but cold. After this trip I will never be back. 2nd update******** I never received my refund after corporate was emailing me , they just stopped responding. Very pathetic
The drive thru was open and there wand s only 1 car in front of me. It had been a while since l had been to Arby's. I ordered a large beef and cheddar, chicken wrap, and 2 regular roast beef. The operator was friendly and very nice to talk to over the speaker. I drove around to pay for my order and was asked to pull up to the last window. It was less than three minutes and my order was brought to me. The Sandwiches were really good and
the chIcken wrap was excellent as were the roast sandwiches. I will be going back with my family. Very good service. The operator was smiling and friendly.
Worst beef and cheddar I have ever had in my life.
