Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.
There was a time when you’d get a chicken bacon and Swiss and it would fill you up. And it didn’t cost $18. Sadly, those days are gone. Now, the fries are cold, and the chicken is as thin as a slice of tomato and even less flavorful. What a joke. You may as well forage for wild nuts.
Chicken appears raw, very pink inside. The on duty manager told me it was cooked by computer, not human error and that he guaranteed it was ok to eat. Well I told him..people eat with their eyes. Therefore, even if it's done, no one wants to eat pink chicken knowing that usually eating pink chicken is a sign of being undercooked. The manager was very polite and apologized, he even offered me another dinner but atp if the computer is cooking it, I don't want it. These issues causes an inconvenience because no one has time to be doubling back to get food when they're on their way to work. Now I'm at work with no lunch. Lastly, this isn't the first time and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but I won't be going back to this particular location. This location is the only one that gives me pink chicken and tells me it's ok to eat.

But they don't have the menus hanging, Only a couple standing on the counter in front of the cashier, then couldn't see what to offer when others were ordering.
Lots of different sitting arrangements. Nice for a family of 7. Plus outlets to charge. Nice and clean.
They had a couple different food options than other locations, well my home area.
All Arby's in the country need to be trained to duplicate this Arby's. When you bite into this roast beef sandwich you know where the concept of Arby's came from. This is a destination for us when we travel north, we look forward to it and time our trip to align with the hours of operation! It's really that good and they have things on the menu here you can't find anywhere else. They also have the original Arby's hat sign which is such a plus. Arby's needs to return to their roots that are still alive here.
Food is good and for the most part great service. I get the occasional rude employee who acts like they hate everything and everyone around. 90% of the time my order is wrong or I get charged twice for something.
Y'all lost the 2 stars for the 50/50 rude service and the messed up orders
I got a salad with grilled or rotisserie chicken. When I got my salad, it had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it like it was quickly scraped from a piece of chicken breast. I asked for a few more pieces. Which they gladly gave it to me. When I finally ate the salad, it was horrible and tasteless and I feel like I wasted my money.
Arby's is always good.
This visit I got curly fries as usual amd there were barely any in the cup. Very disappointing. Food was great though.
