I went a few days ago and ordered a chicken nugget meal, and Krysten took 40 dallors off my card, and didn't even ask what I had before doing it I asked for the receipt and I confronted her about it. I waited forever for my food by the time I got it. It was cold
We waited in line for 20 minutes, then got to the window paid for are food, after paying for are food they pulled us up to wait for are order because we had order Mac and cheese bites. We waited another 15 minutes and I went inside. The manger was rude, her name was Kyrsten. Our sandwiches and fries were cold. The only thing in our order that was hot was the Mac and cheese bites
I love their double roast beef on an onion bun. Everything in my order was hot and correct.
Ask for their secret menu item “meat mountain”. It is a full serving of all their meats and cheeses. Giant. Only $11.
Don’t ask for it in the drive through, takes too long to make.
The young lady that was working was very kind and helped me figure out what I wanted and the service was fast and cooked right !!!!
The Manager was incredible and the service was the best I've ever had at a fast food chain. 10/10 would recommend.
The food was the quality you would expect from Arby's which is good. The drive-thru has plenty of room for larger trucks.
Drive thru service was quick and friendly. I love the market fresh options.
