07/04/2024 - Whether you call it a "HEE-ro", "GEE-ro", "JAI-ro" or anything else, Arby's Greek Gyro sandwich is AWESOME!
I must admit that I am very pleasantly surprised over how well my online order was processed. I set pickup time for 1:15 pm, and arrived at the drive-thru speaker at 1:08. When I gave the young lady my name and told her I had an online order, she said she didn't see one for me, but instructed me to drive through to the window.
When I got there (had to wait about 3 minutes for two cars ahead of me), the young lady working the window immediately reached out and handed me my Orange Cream Shake: apparently, my order had arrived. After waiting about 2 more minutes for them to finish modifying my Gyro (I *LOVE* veggies), I was given my order and told nicely to have a wonderful day. The time? 1:15 on the dot. Impressive.
The large Orange Cream Shake is absolutely DELICIOUS, and my modified Greek Gyro was simply awesome! And, since the Gyro was an online deal, the total cost was $10.27 - which I feel is quite reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food, especially in light of the economy.
SUMMARY: The food was properly prepared, my added condiments correctly included, and napkins were thoughtfully in the bag as well. The service was fast and professional, and the integration of the Arby's app with the service I received was outstanding.
AWESOME FOOD, REASONABLE PRICES, GREAT ONLINE INTEGRATION AND EXPERIENCE.
VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Food was good, the curly fries in particular were top draw. The place was dead though no atmosphere at all.
I have to say I was very disappointed when I received my order. It was the worse I have ever experienced. The roast beef was so thick and tough. One of the staff members got an attitude cause I asked her was the curly fries fresh. SMH. The sad part is I ate here just a few hours earlier. There’s most definitely a difference in shifts cause the morning shifts was the best from the food to the service. Except for one of the members coming from outside not washing her hands. Glad she was handling my order but still that’s nasty. I will never eat at any Arby’s. The meat is as thick as some gyro meat be sliced. It tastes weird like that.
Visited 8/3/24 famished after hiking. Used the drive through and was happily surprised by the speed and service. Attendant was friendly and our orders were correct. Convenient to 1-40 and local hotels. Delicious!
My family and I went inside the lobby hoping someone would go to the front counter so we could order. More than 10 minutes and absolutely nobody to be seen but all you could hear is some loud disgusting music and laughter in the back. After that long wait with no help yet, then we realize it was ridiculous and we just decided to leave… wish there was a way to post videos on the reviews so y’all could see and hear what I’m talking about.
The employee Maria was the best. Was very friendly and made sure my order was correct and that I was happy with the service. She deserves a pay raise
So I got my sandwich, I ordered, but they miss heard me, i don't crinkle cut I like curly fries, and then forgot my apple turnover. I'm about done with this place and when I tried to call no one answered.
