This location is hands down the best bang for the buck! If you'd expect to get small classic roast beef sandwiches because they're 4 for $10 you'd be WRONG! They load the meat on. The staff is friendly and even if I pre order, my food is always hot and fresh. If you want it by 12 for example, don't show up at 10 till 12 and expect it to be ready. It will be out exactly at 12 and not sitting under some heat lamp. Love this place ❤️ Thanks Arby's and kind staff for always a great experience!!
This is hands down this best Arby's by far. The food is always hot and the service is good awesome. Thank you for the wonderful service and awesome atmosphere. This should be at every restaurant.
Your fried Turkey sandwich had one slice of meat cut in half on it. Not as advertised! That sandwich is a RIP off.
And that's not even all of my issues with this store.
This is the best Arby's, that I have ever visited in the upstate of South Carolina . My friend and I were headed inside to grab some dinner and right in front of us, this man walks out with his big bag of food , headed to his car . The bag split open and all of his food is now on the ground and he's trying to get it up. My friend and I both walked over to him, offering to help clean up the mess and asking was he ok and we saw his hat was a Veteran of the United States Marines. We both thanked him for his service and we all 3 went on inside the restaurant. I told my friend, I hope they do the right thing as far as replacing his food . We were immediately greeted by a very friendly young man , who we gave our order to, while beside us, the Veteran was being helped by the manager. They did replace his food , and that meant everything to me. But in addition to that, the cashier who helped us was friendly, funny , professional and he just had a great attitude. I ordered the Reuben and it was delicious. Our food was ready very fast . The place was clean , and everything was wonderful.
I just pick the meat out of a roast beef sandwich so it's low calorie. Tastes OK. Good for a on-the-road snak
I was in drive thru today and my order was horrible!!! I ordered a club wrap, add ranch with crinkle fries and a drink. The fries were perfect. The wrap was so dry with no added condiments at all, my lettuce was wilted, brown and soggy the bread was hard as if it been sitting out. Normally arbys always come through with the best but today was horrible. I couldn’t even bite through the bread it was so hard. Please do better !

This Arbys is so disrespectful. Ive never been treated this way by any fast food place. All i ordered was two shakes and a large fry. i waited 15 min for two shakes that ended up being the wrong shakes. i called after 10 min of waiting and they said they were coming right out. about 10 plus orders were finished before my two shakes. which happened to be the wrong shakes. i said i had to leave and would be right back to get those shakes. on my way back i asked that they would have the shakes ready for me when i get back within 5 min. They said well we are busy so if its not done you will have to wait. im sorry i waited 15 minutes plus the 10 minutes i was gone and you want me to wait again? He said if you have an issue you can file a complaint. I didnt even get a discount or a gift card or anything for this trouble.. It was really sad. This all made me late to my daughters appointment.
