Solid three stars. Not great, not bad, but is just fine. Hits a spot, and I would return again if I were craving an Arby's roast beef sandwich, which is all one could ask for. The biggest negative is my standard complaint about most Arby's, and it's that if I didn't double check and insist on sauces before pulling out after receiving my food, I would have gotten no sauces at all, and that plain roast beef needs sauce. They skimped on the napkins, too. We came just at the end of the lunch rush and there were several cars in the drivethru, but they got us through in a reasonable amount of time. The drivethru employees were polite. The fountain soda tasted fine. The curly fries were fine. I feel like I should get a little more roast beef for the price, but it wasn't egregious or anything. Solid Arby's this time around.
Lesson learned - Always check your sandwiches before you leave the location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered six of the same sandwich, the person taking my order laughed. When I pulled up to pay, I said, "I heard you laugh. Do you have enough of the ingredients to make the six sandwiches?" She, the manager replied, "Yes, we just had to more portions."
What she really meant was, we had to see how we could try to make you believe that you have received the proper portion for each sandwich. Look at the photos - barely enough meat for half of the sandwich ???? They barely apologized when I called to complain and when I went back the next day for a refund. Talk about customer service
Arby's is a bit of a mixed bag. Their more expensive sandwiches a really good, but their simple roast beef sandwich is really not good quality... It looks and tastes very processed. The curly fries taste good, but sometimes it's all bits and pieces. Almost always guaranteed to be cold.
Second time I've ordered delivery from them and they apparently can't seem to get things right. So if you want your food and sides I suggest either go in or not order at all. They're not even that busy. Like come on.
Not one car at the Arby's. I waited 10 minutes in line by myself and everything was cold and old. Will never return. No wonder sonic across the street has all the service there. Will NEVER COME BACK. GUESS I HAVE TO GO TO SONIC ACROSS THE STREET. The people that work there were nice but I want fresh food
Absolutely awful...I waited more than 10 minutes w/only 1 customer in front of me & paid over $11 for a single meal. This is what I got, a smashed wrap & the wrong drink. Spare yourself & head to Sonic or Wendy's right next door. Last time I ever stop at any Arby's.

Love their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries and reasonable prices.
I usually don't think of Arbys when looking for a quick score on food. I'm digging it. Tried a few things now. Becoming more of a regular. Pretty clean. Like the fountain drink options.
