After a 20 minute plus wait this is the dumpster fire also known as macaroni and cheese bites we got. The Jamocha shake was runny and didn't taste like usual. Not to mention the girl at the windows was clearly unhappy, and after having to pull forward, the girl who brought the food out was the literal definition of rude. Epic fail Arby's, epic fail!
Did the drive through today just before the lunch hour rush. Ordered the 4 classic for $10, regular fry, large curly fry, Arby's sauce and water. Large curly fry wasn't even half full and only got 2 Arby's sauces. I might understand if it was super swamped but only had 1 car ahead of us
These are supposed to be Mac n cheese bites. More like tiny balls of burnt Pancho. Ewwwww. These little things are expensive and this is what Arby's gave us.
Thanks for sending no sauce with your cold crappy sandwiches and you forgot all of our drinks so even if we wanted to eat one of your meat flap sandwiches dry we didn’t even have our cokes to wash it down with. Your service sucks almost as much as your food does.
this is the SECOND time I've received raw chicken from you guys, absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. never eating here again. I work in fast food and if I put out this quality of food I'd be fired.
Wow, waited 10 minutes for 2 small fries a self serve pop and a jamocha shake. After being handed the cold fries, I still had to ask "and the shake?..." So yeah, not thrilled. I watched a door dasher wait 10 minutes for 1 shake. I wanted a refund, but the guy at the register barely knew how to place an order, and I didn't want wait an hour for a refund.
This particular visit was a bit lackluster. It took them about 5 minutes to even notice I hadn't been helped yet, in spite of being right at the counter. The food was good, though the curly fries were on the cold side and were obviously the last fries in the bin because it was a lot of tiny pieces. Usually Arby's is better than this. I was a bit disappointed.
Most of the time I'm ordering pickup from Grub Hub and more often than not something was wrong, but lately the food has been hot and fresh, service on point, and using the coupons I get in the mail is amazing! Thanks again, of course I'll be back! P.S. Bring back the chocolate turnover, I loved that thing!!
