Tried to place a mobile order at 9:45 when it says they're open until 10:30. No one would answer the phone. Taco Bell does the same crap. If you won't take mobile orders 45mins before you close, put it on your app and website!!!
Tried to order on the app. Never would let me order. I will never trust the Arby's app. It just kept buffering. I finally had to remove the app.
The food was good but I feel like they just slapped it together it was too messy when you ate it well worth the money tho check your food before driving off I almost got someone else's food but other than that customer service was good the cashier attitude was better then the managers cause she messed up the order

The staff is always friendly and fast.
Headset weren’t working and instead of getting orders and pull the next car to get that order and cooking multiple orders at one time and walking the food out to cars they let us sit in the line while cooking each cars order and then they messed up my whole order hate this place
The food is always good. After all; they do have the meats! The service and atmosphere were less than I expected, though. There was only one young gal at the registers. Her first day. I sympathized with her as she repeatedly apologized to the customers ahead of me for not yet knowing the register. Yet, I couldn’t help but notice the large group of idle employees in the back that might have spared someone to train her. They were rather loud and vulgar in their conversation, so I ordered to go. My order was wrong, but I had already waited so long already and I didn’t feel confident that the situation would improve by addressing it. This is one of my favorite restaurants, so I will definitely give this location another shot. Fingers crossed! ????????
I purchased a big cheesy bacon burger, and asked for a plain but they gave me the bread and burger patty ONLY. PLUS it was expensive. 8 DOLLARS FOR THIS…
The cashier was helpful, and the food came out quickly and was fresh, hot, and delicious.
