We had the meats ???? I had a double beef and cheddar with curly fries. It came out steaming and absolutely delicious. The bun was soft and fresh and of course I added Arby's sauce and some horsey sauce. The curly fries were spot on as well - hot, crispy and delicious. My wife has a regular double and she said hers was great as well. Fast and friendly service. One of the best Arby's experiences I have had in quite a few years.
They were out of their cheese, out of root beer, ordered a peach lemonade and gave me what looked like a kids drink.. said it was a large yet my daughter's med was bigger and nothing was ever said until I questioned it. Asked for a manager and apparently the lady who was waiting on me was the manager. Told her I wanted a Sprite. Sent back the baby cup.. no apologies or anything sent me on my way.. no excuse! Customer service could've saved this review from being sent!
Edited review for 4/12/22 - this location if drive thru only. Service is slow, but they did repeat the order before telling us the total would be at the window. The girl at the window didn't confirm the order - 2 beef and cheddar, French Dip and large potato cakes. When we got home, there was no au jus for the French Dip and all the sandwiches were chinzy on the beef. We had also requested ranch for the potato cakes, which we didn't receive. We normally like Arby's, but haven't been happy with this location over the last 6 months or so.
Recently remodeled. Staff was ok, not the friendliest, but not rude...more just going through the motions. Food was standard for an Arbys - pretty sloppy presentation, meat not evenly distributed. Tables were clean, floor needed to be swept. They have added some new menu items - gyros and sliders. Beware, the sliders are small and they cost $1.59, but if you are hungry, they will cost you more than a sandwich and the calorie count runs about 349 per slider.
The food was very well put together and tasty. But the service was just ok.. pretty clean restraunt.
We got our order correct. The place was clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The staff is friendly. The only thing ill criticize is the handicap parking spot is a little too far from the main entrance.
Extremely disappointed. I had ordered a LG fry previously and did not receive the order. I tried to call but the repeated attempts ended in no one answering. When I was back in town, I asked them to simply add the fries to the new order. I was told I should have called. I told them I had tried. After 15 minutes I was given a small fry. Before a decision was made, the manager "looked" me over and decided I was just trying to get a free fry. Sad, didn't know my causal dress would impact my honesty. It wasn't until I was on my way out of town when I could see the previous purchase on the app.
Love arbys! Went back again today! Kids got the dino toys wit their happy meals!
I asked for Fresh Curly fries they gave cold fries guess it was to much to ask for not like they busy all 4 employees were holding up the counter when my family & I walked in. The women at the front counter would just roll her eyes when I asked for certain condiments The roast beef sandwiches were cold overall bad experience & poor customer service probably why theor were no other customers in this restaurant
