Had to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru to get checked out and then when got home fry’s weren’t filled all the way and burger was lopsided
We ordered at the drive thru. We paid and were asked to pull forward without receiving our drinks. When they brought our food, we had to ask for our drinks. After all of that, we get home to find that they forgot the au jus for the French dip. Ugh!!
The restaurant, food quality and customer service were all good. I recommend it to anyone craving American Roast ????
This Arby's is a good place to eat. The staff always does the best they can to get the orders out hot and fresh.
Friendly and accommodating in every way!
The only recommdation I have is that the dining room is in dire need of new booths - the seats are in poor shape & some are ripped. This isn't the staffs fault, it's just an older store that hasn't been updated since I started eating here in 2009.
After mcdicks yanked their regular chicken biscuit, I relied on this place for my fix. But they discontinued breakfast hours! Pay your people more or something so you can give us what we want
I will not recommend this restaurant due to a customer got my order and left the store then came back in and they gave him the right order, then they did not remake the food he brought back but it on a tray and gave it to me. The food should of been remade since it had been taken out of store and they should of never taken it back.
Excellent drive through customer service. Friendly staff! Have to say I was surprised! Most places are not friendly at all, but the staff ay Arbys was! Good job!
How, HOOOOOW do you forget the roast beef on a roast beef freakin sandwich?! I hope this place eventually closes. They're about as accurate with orders as subway is and that's awful!
