I ordered one of the burgers & asked if they would cook it fresh for me? The cashier went back and told them to cook it fresh. It only took 3 minutes for them to wrap it up & be put on a tray. Then they waited 2 minutes for the fries to be cooked. They handed me the tray & I asked the man (looked like an assistant manager) was this cooked fresh like I asked? He looked me right in the eyes and lied to my face and said it was cooked fresh. I guess "cooked fresh" means when it was actually cooked earlier in the day.
Was totally disappointed that I spent $14 on a burger that was barely warm, NOT COOKED FRESH like the guy who lied to me said it was!
I wouldn't recommend the burgers at Arby's to anyone! Go to a restaurant that makes burgers. Don't waste your money at Arby's!
Just order the roast beef sandwiches, which they are famous for!!
Girl at the front was very hospitable, made great filling sandwiches in 3 minutes. What else you need.
I never tried Arby's before and was always skeptical cause of things I have heard, but I decided to go for it an give it a try. Boy oh boy were the stories and opinions I was given proven right 100 fold. I tried there double classic and wow I have had better food from gas stations. Yes it puts food in ur stomach, maybe taste good to a homeless man, but man idk how to explain it. Don't know the proper words idk hopefully they have better things on the menu but doubt I will ever try them unless no other options and half dieing of hunger. The soda was good and the fries were pretty good but that's bout it.
Using the drive-thru repeating our order twice. Asking for Arby's sauce but never get it put in the bag. Arby's sauce is a must with their sandwiches, friendly window person but you need to check your bag. Make sure everything's there.

It used to be open 24/7 but now they close at 10. Other than that, good food and fast service. It's attached to a Love's truck stop so lots of options and convinience.
A truckstop Arby's. The service was great , friendly, and very helpful . The half pound classic roast beef was as good as it's always been . It's my go-to order !
