Something Needs to Be Done about The Arby's On Chapman Highway Before Someone Gets Food Poisoning or Worse! Both of My Big Cheesey Bacon Burgers Were Raw! I Ordered 2 of Them This evening 12/9/24 $15 Dollars Gone and Im Hoping I don't Get sick from this. I am Not Happy Arby's.
Deanna at the front is amazing!!!! Always smiling and really cares! We had a small hiccup on our sandwich but it was just the way it was shredded and my husband is a lil picky on things like that, but the handled it perfectly! Thank you all.
4 for $10 can't be beat. They have the potato cakes back for a limited time. Ask for a cup of au jue to dip ur sandwiches in.
We were privileged to have our order processed by the lovely Dannyzia, also known as Na Na. She knows her regular customers and is very polite. She represents the restaurant well and has a pleasant demeanor and nice smile. We always feel valued as customers and his people when we go in as she's good in conversations. Please let her know you appreciate her when she's working. I know you'll feel good after having her help you with your order at the front counter.
Food is good but someone decided they'd have a little funny and totally shorted me on my large shake. Kinda bummed I payed extra for less

Ask for cedar
They charged me for cheddar sandwich had hard cheese and mayonnaise on it. Called the store they put me on hold for 25 minutes . I finally hung up at 1:16 pm
I thru the whole damn sandwich away. Since I’m on crutches and can’t drive I couldn’t take it back
Nothing like wanting something and you get it and it’s not what you paid for. Made me mad . Not what she ordered I see the ticket. Pay attention when preparing folks order we know what we want
In response to the cold, starchy, corporate, copy-and-paste white collar reply: you can only have a good "team" if you have people there. It is always understaffed, or something, cause talk about slowww. One time I taught my pet sloth to ride a bike while I was waiting for my order. It's that slow.
Came her for lunch and they were short staffed but were performing as great as they could. Guy on food was banging out orders and the two on front were running the food fast. Great experience overall, given they were short staffed.
