Great sandwiches, great curly fries. .....out of this world wonderful mint shake.. McDonalds needs to take lessons from this restaurant.
Update...11/23/24.. they are beautifully decorated for the upcoming holiday season. Very festive.... and made us want to decorate asap.
I still say they have the best roast beef sandwich in the South East.
After hurricane Helene (9/27/24 2ish)
Many places were without power. Trying to find a hot meal was nearly impossible. These guys were open and while the lines were long and we waited 30 mins to place our order, the crew working was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind. Gave us hot food and had the best attitude. This crew deserves a nice raise and much more than they currently get. 5 out of 5. Bless you guys!
I pulled into the drive thru with one car ahead finishing up their order. I saw one guy walking over from the Spinx. I was asked to wait a moment twice (each time was 3-5 minutes). Someone finally came in to take my order for 2 chicken sandwiches, and then proceeded to attempt to badger me into adding something else to my order, which I politely declined all three times. Finally, after 15 minutes total in the drive thru, I received my order of the 2 chicken sandwiches, and even the patties looked like they were meant for 2 different sandwiches. What is going on at Arby's?
I was very happy with the service that I received. The cashier was even nice and told me of the teacher discount that wasn't aware of.
Good service, clean inside, food is always fresh, fries are never soggy, milkshakes are always available which is a plus.
I don’t often go out for fast food, but I’ve stopped at this Arbys a few times here and there the last few years. EVERY time I’ve gone, the staff have just been excellent. They are very personable and they do their job efficiently. The one time I did have to wait a few extra minutes I didn’t even mind, because the workers were very apologetic and it was still a quick turnaround. The food is always hot and fresh as well, and I feel I get a good value for what I’m paying. Will continue to pop in here thanks to the great experiences!
Cannot cook potato cakes. Remember these as a kid but mine was cold in the center and taste oily. The oil was not hot enough. I am passing on this location.
We are usually pretty happy this location but I also never order their pricier meals until today I ordered the smokehouse which is $10 for the meal and I was very unhappy. Definitely the last I have faith in their premium dining. I got ripped off...
