We haven't ate here in almost a year, but gave them a try last weekend and what an improvement! Last year the beef was sliced thick and tasted funny, but the folks working last Saturday night must've been trained right, the meat was shaved thin and tasted very good! The two guys at the window was very friendly and polite, they had no problem adding to our order at the window. So nice to see the younger generation actually working, and trying to do a job well done, because we've experienced a lot of kids that have been rude, and not doing their job at all. It was the same crew working when I went back during the week and the food was excellent! The fries was hot and fresh the 1st time, but not the second time, and only filled about half full, so the curly fries can be a hit or miss, but the sandwiches was awesome!
I placed an online order on 12-18-2024.
The order was a beef and cheddar bogo. When I received my order I only had one sandwich. The fries & sandwich were cold. The mgr at the time (4:20 pm) was rude with a noncaring attitude. He would not give me my other sandwich. He stated he did not see it on the ticket. He acted like he couldn't comprehend the information that I was giving him. Poor management.
This is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I will be happy and satisfied here. The bathrooms were a little worse than I typically see in an Arby's. The restrooms weren't stocked, no soap or TP. Good thing I carry wipes and hand sanitizer. The dining room hadn't been cleaned or stocked since lunch. So no sauces were available or napkins. One order was wrong, but I ate it anyway and it was still delicious. We stopped around 3:30 pm to eat here. Not busy then, but not recovered from the lunch rush.
I will never come to this location again. My order was wrong and cold and they refused to replace it and talked to me like I was a child. I've paid for many of their workers salaries with as much money as I've spent at that place. NO MORE!!! The manager on duty tonight 7/21/24 at 7:49 PM should be FIRED!!!
Went threw the drive thru and had a almost 100$ order. Got to the window and the guy James working the window had a attitude problem. We got our order and my sister asked him for extra sauce he then proceeded to get an attitude and tell my sister the amount of Arby's sandwiches equals the sauce we got and then proceeded to throw the sauces in the bag and trys to argue with my sister about it. My sister told him we spent a good amount of money least they can do is give one or two extra sauces, he then trys to argue so my sister drove off. I worked customer service and the drive thru at plenty of establishments I've never seen anything more rude than what that guy gave. He was not taught proper customer service training. I have the receipt if anyone is willing to get back to me. Thanks
My husband and I just moved here from Georgia and this location was far superior to any location back home. The manager on shift gave us a free fry for “taking too long” when it wasn’t very long at all. The restraunt was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was amazing. Will be back.
Got gyros here. Waited at counter to order, only one other person eating. Sandwich was good but had to ask for more taziki sauce and waited at counter again for awhile before anyone noticed me. I saw manager back there for a moment but then he was gone. Employees were talking behind bar not paying attention to the front. One was eating fries out of the bin, the same lady who finally asked for my order. Usually this place is decent, I’m not so sure now with what I saw if I’ll be returning ????
Terrible!! I love ARBYs.. but, the girl who I assume was supposed to be cashiering was outside talking to friends. Went inside and had to wait for a cook to take my order. Trash cans inside over flowing.. dining room and absolute mess..empty napkin bins and straw bins.. supplies all over the order counter.. this was not a good dining experience.
