Stopped for to go curly fries. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Took off a star because fries were not full. I would have gladly waited a few minutes for them to cook more so we would have gotten a complete order.
Got tired of waiting in the drive through after being told just a sec after the person in front of me was speaking for a good 5 minutes. Inside not any better. 8 minutes or so to place an order. 2 other people hovering unclear whether they've ordered or not and neither does the guy in charge since he called cattle to take the next order and then forgot my simple request for Arby's sauce for my 2 classic roast beefs to go.
Took 24 minutes to get a couple of sliders, behind 6 cars. Manager needs training. Was there Thursday 10th at 7.
Food prep too slow. Girl who gave me my food said nothing. So friendly!!
Also, Arby's sliders are shrinking, why? Lastly, I love reading the 5 Star reviews, so comical...
I know Arby’s is a fast food restaurant but they really have good sandwiches. We were in and out with our order and the restaurant was very clean.
The food, environment and service was okay. For the price of the food I feel as if I should have had at least a 4 star rating
Food was on point. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Roast beef was thinly sliced and juicy, buns fresh and lightly toasted and still warm. Customer service was A-1 and cashier was friendly. Went around lunch time; busy but the wait was well worth it. Dining area was immaculate and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommended.
First time eating at Arby's. Workers were very informative and professional ???? on helping me to pick a meal.
ABSOLUTE TRASH. SEE PICS. I sat in drive through line for *"30** minutes.
Everything is wet and soggy. Fry boxes are less than half full. Sandwiches unwrapped. They handed me the food in a GROCERY BAG. This Arby's location is an EMBARRASSMENT to the franchise. I will be spreading this information like wildfire.
