How can you serve this to people? All of the food is several hours OLD and brown from sitting under a heat lamp for so long. We were so excited to get the potato cakes since they were discontinued for years only to receive this. All of the food was was like this, too. Absolutely disgusting.
After ordering from this Arby's on Doordash, and receiving only part of my order, the quality of the items that had to be redelivered, was dramatically different. What came from the original order was good, so I assume someone was upset about a redelivery.
They got the meat and plenty of it , beef and cheddar sandwiches are so awesome and the curly fries, and the service was awesome
Worst experience I've had at arbys, as you can see in the photo if the mozzarella sticks would've cooked any longer they would've caught fire. They rushed me in and out with not a care of how the food was cooked. Luckily it was just me and not my wife and 3 kids with me or would've been a waste of a lot more than $10. Sad just sad get it together arbys!
They had a problem with their meat slicer which delayed my order but otherwise the sandwiches were good. Did drive through
Check your bag at this Arby's or they will short you. They think serving food like this makes for a good customer experience. Why bother getting a large when they don't care enough to fill it up and you end up with less than the also not full but at least a little more acceptable medium fry? Really shows a lack of caring about their customers.
Good ol' Arby's beef-n-cheddar. Good food at an affordable price. That's nice.
They got the meat they have awesome beef and cheddar sandwiches.
