We stopped in at this Arby’s around 6:45 on Friday night, curious to try the new Gyro sandwich. We ordered the Gyro sandwich and 2 orders of potato cakes through the Arby’s app for immediate pickup. The Arby’s app was very easy to use, and we were delighted that our order was already freshly prepared and hot when we arrived. The Gyro sandwich was outstanding-the meat was flavorful, the veggies were fresh, the sauce was delicious, and the pita was soft and fresh. Upon arrival, we decided to add 2 Beef N’ Cheddars to our meal. The Beef N’ Cheddars were hot and stacked with plenty of beef and cheddar. All staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. The lobby and dining area were modern, neat and clean. I always have a great experience at this store. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who’s in the mood for Arby’s!
I wanted to mention that I stopped to write this review because I was impressed with the Gyro sandwich, but I have been here plenty of times previously. I usually have lunch here and have always found the food to be fresh, hot and tasty. I was impressed recently when I tried the chicken tenders and chicken nuggets and discovered that they are solid white meat (not formed!) with a nice breading, and plenty of sauce flavors. These are by far some of the best fast food chicken tenders and nuggets I’ve ever had. The jalapeno kickers are so good, and the curly fries are always hot and fresh.
Let me tell you about Charlotte! She helped me with my order. This is a valuable employee. Charlotte knows her product, and she even upselled me, which it was a great experience with her excellent customer service skills.
I have been to other Arby's, and this one had the most cleanliness, helpful, kind, courteous staff.
And of course, the food was made with love, so it tastes exquisite.
I definitely recommend this location.
And I hope that when I go back, Charlotte will be in management or corporate.
I requested a freshly dropped fish.
As I was walking away, I overheard one of the employees say that they had fresh fish.
The sandwich was made pretty quickly.
The fish wasn't dropped fresh like I had asked politely. It was very slow in the restaurant. Only one other person was in the restaurant. And there was no one in the drive thru. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years. I'd only ask this request if it was slow. I've been to this location several times, and never had any issues. Last time I was there, the fish was piping hot. I just wanted the same experience again.
The service at this Arby’s was great—staff was friendly and quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was a huge letdown. The taste was off, and the smell was unpleasant, honestly reminding me of canned cat food. I really wanted to enjoy my meal, but it just didn’t deliver. Two stars for the good service, but I won’t be coming back.
Ordered a double beef and cheddar and what I got is just disrespectful. 8$ for this , if you don’t like your job don’t work it I had to grind my ass off in a shitty restraunt for two years to get my car to get out of there and I really don’t appreciate yall just working a job and half assing it
The food that we received out of our order was alright. Placed a mobile order with all the specifics and didn't get everything I paid for. The syrup was out on one of the drinks, and to be honest, if I have to come in to grab my order, I'd rather do my own drink so I can make sure it's correct. Got 2 Arby's sauce packs for 4 sandwiches, but 8 horsey sauce. The cheese sauce was super thin, it was like cheese water. The ladies at the counter were nice enough. Every time I eat at this location, I'm reminded why I don't eat Arby's.
Update 8/29: I responded to the requested survey (as well as the one on the receipt the day I ordered) and they still have not reached out. Customer service now matches the in store experience.
Update 9/23: got a message from Manager Eric, and left a return voicemail.
Update 10/17: left a 2nd voicemail for Manager Eric, but no response.
We ordered 2 Roast Beef Classics, Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Reuben Sandwich. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. They were out of napkins and one of the sauce dispensers was empty in the self-serve station.
It got a little iffy for a while there on the customer service. But since the reopening, it has been awesome. Food is fresh again and condiments are not missing. Management still kinda of hidden at times, but lately I see them out front directing service which is awesome. It's just awful when they hide in the back and you can hear them complaining about their life. But most importantly, the order takers have been professional and friendly again. Good job.
