I visited the Arby’s in Hiram recently, and while the staff were very friendly, I was disappointed by the overall experience. When I walked in, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, despite it not being rush hour. I was the only person inside, and there was no one in the drive-through, so it wasn’t due to being busy. I ordered the Reuben sandwich meal—the sandwich was good, but the fries were old and stale. With enough staff on hand, there really shouldn’t have been any issue keeping the restaurant clean or maintaining the quality of the food. It just felt like the standards weren’t being upheld.
Tried the special Wagyu Burger Meal. It was a while ago but it is nice to have something different. The burger was thick but didn't fit the bun. The fries was plentiful, hot, and seasoned correctly. The other was delivered correctly.
Food was great except for missing three items in my bag.
I wish I would have checked my bag before I drove off.

I was only there for a minute because they were fast! In that short minute or three I was greeted/welcomed by more than one person and an employee smiled from behind the counter (unusual these days)
The food was good, not over the top, but better than a lot of fast food these days. It was affordable, too.
The place seemed very clean and crew members were cleaning while I was there.
Enjoyable experience. I will be going back.
Awesome experience today. I dined in while I waited for my tire to be put on over at Discount Tires. No line and a clean facility made me smile.
Usually I come here and the service is great. All new staff in here now and they’re incredibly hostile and rude. I was trying to place the same order I’ve placed here 100x and with the new team- they treated me like I was being interrogated for a crime or something. Told me that the sliders I ordered when I asked to add lettuce a very loud and rude woman came blaring through the drive thru box and says to me “THESE SLIDERS ARE THROWN IN THE MICROWAVE SO DO YOU WANT YOUR LETTUCE MICROWAVED TOO OR WHAT?” I’ve literally ordered this 100x and they’ve always added lettuce for me. The sliders were over microwaved the chicken was hard and dry. I’m almost shocked to hear that these are microwavable sandwiches, I feel duped l because before they were always made so well. They asked me to pull forward and wait, and when the gentleman brought them out to me, he said nothing at all, and just stuck the bag in my face. No, have a good day, nothing at all. Terrible customer service, staff needs to be retrained in hospitality. If you don’t like people DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The team went above and beyond tonight. They were out of roast beef and their shake machine was down. Was offered some food during my wait for the beef and cheddar I ordered to be cooked as well as good substitute for my shake. Shoutout to William for his hard work.
This location is very nice and clean. The service is great. Food was fresh and correct. Hard to ask for more than that! Lol. Brought my grandson with me, he had the french dip and swiss... well for a real short time, he scoffed it down like he was starving. Must have been really good. I had the smokehouse brisket meal with the crinkle fries. The smokehouse brisket was excellent. The fries were good but not the best. Overall a great meal. Would definitely come back to this location!!!
