Love the new location! Great service, but....
THEY DONT HAVE MY POTATO CAKES AGAIN! ???? Still gets 5 stars...but c'mon Arby's...stop teasing us with bring the potato cakes back!
They were so nice and patient with my indecisiveness. The food was super yummy (as always) music in the lobby was just the right volume. Store was clean (even the windows). And everyone behind the counter said thank you when I rang the bell!
Usually this arbys is really good the last couple times I've gotten it Ive Received hard thick roast beef that u can barely chew.. other than that everything is usally pretty good.
normally I love this place , but lately they've been giving me bad food, this is its latest offering to me. this is supposed to be a buffalo chicken sandwich. takes old and dry..
Food was fast and fresh the store was nice and clean all around great experience
I went there ordered food they were missing the dipping sauce for my sandwich so I called they said the replacement order and put my name in a book so I go there a few days later to get the food and the person that's working says there is no book and the manager that was working that day was only there for that day and they wouldn't replace the food
Thank you so much Nana for helping me with my wrong order, she was so professional and did what she could to make sure I was taken care of we need more people like her
Always have to park and wait for food when ordered through the drive-through even being the only customer there. Service is good otherwise, and is clean inside the restaurant.
