By far the nicest staff I’ve ever seen at any establishment in my life. The customer service is amazing every single time. The food is always fresh and delicious. We absolutely love coming here
This was a great Arby's experience. Customer service was phenomenal. I was helped quickly by the manager, who forgot to turn on the machine for my Jamocha shake, so as a consolation, he upgraded the size and apologized for the wait. Other than this, everyone was friendly and cheerful. I walked in to see smiling faces and that just made the entire atmosphere light and happy. I would definitely recommend it!
I came through the drive thru tonight and had a lovely experience! I don’t ever have high expectations for fast food service (especially later at night) but Dawney and the other lovely young lady working made sure to serve me hot food with a smile. I hope someone in management makes sure to give them kudos :)
Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but when going to the one in Jacksonville, NC it gave me a since of nostalgia. Before all the major fast food renovations over the past decade or so this Arby's reminded me of fast food restaurants in the 90's when I was coming up. It just made me think of simpler times and felt more welcoming than these newer remodeled restaurants. This one also had a baby changing station in the men's room and a button for wheel chair bound person to press to open the door. The staff were very good as well. We will be back when in the area.
Literally was on the verge of a break down. Going through a lot and I wanted a hearty, hot and filling meal that I didn’t have to cook. Pulled in the drive through here only kinda hungry because I hadn’t eaten all day but I was an emotional mess. The guy, Robert, was an absolute PLEASURE to talk to. He joked around encouraged me to eat and genuinely seemed happy to have me come by. The experience only continued at the window, sharing his college day crock pot recipes while I waited for my food and excitedly invited me back for more food next time I got hungry. Only planned on getting a sand which but walked away with snacks for days with sliders and mozzarella sticks just out of the sheer happiness of being fed by such wonderful people. 10/10 will come again
Order was wrong, they didn't give us any of the condiments that we asked for, I called back to let them know and manager wanted to argue with me. I will never go there again and I will continue to let everyone know that the manager Jason needs to be fired. You don't argue with a customer over anything!!!
Because I haven't been to Arby's in a while, the staff was very informative on what new products they had and had recommendations as well. Where was a welcomed information?
Gotta shout out Dawn and Miss Nell, their customer service was extraordinary!! Their friendliness made our day :) The food was fantastic too.
