$25 of garbage. We had to pull around to the front to wait for fresh potato cakes. Fresh from the freezer. Still frozen. Couldn't choke down the cold beef and cheddar. They gave us free curly fries but even those went to the trash for tasting bad. Shake was decent. The staff was friendly.
You would Think a supervisor would have more sense in the way they talk and respond to a customer and then when getting a order wrong, my full Wrong then Having an attitude, very unprofessional and very poor consideration. I will never step foot back and don’t recommend that location. Let’s not forget to all the Immature coworkers had a jokingly time that my order was wrong And I wanted my money back and did not want the food ! That was really funny to them.
I dunno who the hiring manager for this location is… but this location always has THE BEST staff! They always make me feel welcome and make my kids feel special, and they are so fun to interact with - even at the drive thru! Absolutely love this team!!
I love the bell you can ring when they do a good job. Very delicious and fast. I had the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was amazing, kinda pricey but still good.
I order a lot from here. The food is always fresh. Generally correct and the staff is 95% friendly which is amazing for fast food.
I love this Arby’s. I usually don’t post reviews but everytime I come here they are always in such a good mood and make me feel happy coming here. Most fast food places have customer service that always sound angry and annoyed by your presence. These guys are not like that theyre always happy and they have never messed up my order yet.
Rude customer service when ordering when leaving a very little dude with bass and bumping Pocket book's threatened Me so have a good Day people struggling with whatever!! They were hungry!!! I didn't order enough for them to eat customer before me had to come and get his two roast beef sandwiches I wasn't there toy Not Today!!!
Sat for 10 minutes in the drive thru, then when we went to pay, we were double charged for our beverages and told to pull around to wait for food. Another 15 minutes later we finally went in to get our food. Only 3 people working and the drive thru was backed up. Just ridiculous
