Today's Somali was my server/cashier. There was a slight confusion in my order and I had to explain it a couple of times. I was afraid that I was going to kind of irritate her because I was hungry and I just wanted to hurry my order... However, she's stayed very calm, collected and very professional. She exhibited excellent customer service.
Thank you Arby's for hiring such a conscientious good worker like Somali.
Very clean. Fast service. Curly fries is underrated but better than any fast food restaurants. Good serving size. Not busy at all.
Went to Arby’s for lunch today, very disappointed. My beef n cheddar sandwich was so small and thin, it was even missing meat in one spot and hardly any cheese. The bread is usually baked more brown but was white and not good. I couldn’t leave work again to take it back. The girl at the window was very awkward and rude. I will not be coming back to this location or any Arby’s if this is their new portion size. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! See my pics below vs Arby’s.
John or the manager on Dec 11,2024 at 5:12 pm was extremely aggressive and short with me. I felt very intimidated and pray no one else has to have the same poor experience as I did. I had 3 roast beef sandwichs and Mac and cheese rolls and the sandwichs tasted horrible. I went back thru the drive thru and said I had sandwiches that were not good and I also said I had my recipe. I was instructed to pull forward. So I did and then this Mexican man named Johnny or something similar to that asked me WHATS WRONG WITH THIS AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ? I said I would like a refund and he said I JUST HAD A ROAST BEEF AND IT WAS GOOD. I said okay but these ones aren't and he said with a elevated voice DONT GET AN
ATTITUDE WITH ME. I wee baffled as to why he would say that to me. I then offered him the bag he said nah take them with you and your welcome. This dude is rude no customer service skills and frfr I feel like complaining to corporate
7/19/23 1309hrs $9.86. Gyro Greek with medium Coke. The year it was so good. I scarfed it down in a couple of bites. Perfect portion for the cost and very filling. The bread was moist and tender. The cabbage was crispy and fresh. Not sure if the sauce was yogurt but it was delicious! I wish it was more authentic but what do you expect from Arby’s. It still takes care of a Gyro craving.
If you like a ghetto manager that speaks louder than the music in the store here is the place. Could barely hear over the telephone while I was in there because music was unnecessarily loud. Would be nice to have BACKGROUND music since dining in a store should be relaxing. Plus the manager told another customer someone (me) letting him know the music was loud, just like a kid. Not a relaxing environment. Store manager was pretty much talking loudly AT me instead of speaking like someone who has any people skills. I have been there before and the two young ladies that have helped in the past are pretty friendly otherwise.
French dip bread was hard as a rock. The GM (fat bald guy with tattoos) said “let me make you a new one” I said no thank you I want a refund. He said that’s fine but it’ll take 7 to 10 days to go back to your card. I said no problem and after I gave my tray to him he asked me to throw it away. He didn’t apologize once and had an attitude about the whole thing. I will never be back to that location again.
This location is bad. Spent $20 on lunch for me and my daughter got home to eat it and it was not edible. I thought it was kinda funny the lady in the drive through didnt give me a receipt because i would have left a bad review there too. Congratulations, this restaurant was the cause and reason for me to stop eating fast food period. $20 for lunch and you guys cant even make sure its ok to eat? Stale bread and crumbs for meat on a 2 for 7 beef and cheddar? I hope fast food business like this start to go out of business for good. Shame on your employees. Do better. Or dont because i wont be returning doesnt matter to me.
