I went there tonight and got the worst sandwich I’ve had there was so much sauce and cheese the bun was soggy first bite all the meat fell out in my lap it looked like they bathed it the sauce and cheese never going back fast food just ain’t worth the bother anymore and the prices for what you get is a FN joke. Good day !!
Arby’s in Payson is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying bite. Their roast beef and chicken sliders are consistently good—packed with flavor. Service is always quick. If you’re in the area and craving sliders, this spot won’t disappoint.
Arby's is always good (for fast food) even when it shares space with a gas station food mart. It's a little fun to enjoy a meal and then grab something from the mart on the way out.
Came 30 min tell close, already cleaning all up. Counting the tell when ask for a sandwich told us they were out of meat. Not sure how you can be a sandwich place and be out of meat
One of the slowest Arby’s in the area. They were out of curly fries, the drive through was broken. Food took over 20 minutes. Spanish fork location is much better.
Got the mac & cheese bites because we wanted to try them and they are literally black. They are so burnt my son ordered a chicken Swiss sandwich with no lettuce no tomato well behold it had lettuce and tomato and he’s severely allergic to tomatoes.
Don’t order a brisket bacon beef n cheddar. All I got was the roast beef. That’s a lot of money for a completely wrong order. (I did ask for no bun.)
The staff is friendly enough, but they just don’t listen. They are more concerned with the social aspect of their job than actually doing it. They got 2 meals in our order wrong and put it on a tray instead of to-go, even though we specified to-go. And the restaurant was out of fries...how does that happen on a Sunday in Utah? The place was dead. Very disappointed in this Arby’s location.
