I went in because I was given a make it right gift card and the manager was so adamant about taking care of me. Her staff was wonderful and I have to say this is a store that is structured and professional. My food was great
The one girl was amazing she was all over multitasking, cleaning, taking orders on headset, running back assisting staff. Food was fresh and hot and place was immaculate.
The guy working at the drive thru told me I'm only allowed 2 Arby's Sauce packets. I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar asked for some extra and he said actual that is the most we are allowed to give out "per sandwich' so we get 1 sauce per sandwich which is a bunch of bull.. Honestly should of told them to take it back because I probably won't eat it. Plus his attitude about it was ridiculous
I normally dont write reviews . However they had the chance to fix this concern. we ordered 6 sandwiches and 3 medium curly fry when we got them the fries were 1/4 full. so we asked about them not being full. we were told they weigh them thats how they are measured. any time we have been here and received this same order the fries have been full.
Drive through sucks they ask you to pull forward because they are making fresh fries and they come out cold and forget half the order
Food is up to par and the staff was nice. There's hardly ever anyone in the dining area so it's a quiet place to enjoy a meal.
Had to pick up an online order inside and this location stinks! It smelled like a mixture of sewage and rotten meat. Honestly if I hadn't ordered online I would have just walked out. Really hope it's not rotting meat I was smelling. If I get sick I guess I know why! Hopefully the health department comes and checks it out because I've only smelled that smell cleaning hoarders homes that left meat out to rot.
On top of that they didn't put Arby's sauce in the bag and don't have packets out to take. Had to stand at the front in the nasty smell for almost 5 minutes before I was able to get a worker to help me. Another lady was complaining at the same time so clearly it's not just me.
You'll be lucky to find someone to take your order. Pays more attention to drive thru than inside counter
