“I recently visited my local Arby’s, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sandwich I ordered was undercooked, and it was nearly impossible to bite into it because the ingredients weren’t properly prepared. The quality of the food was way below standard, and it left me wondering if they checked it at all before serving. On top of that, the service was lackluster and unhelpful. I expected a better level of quality and customer service from a place like Arby’s, but this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes note and makes improvements.”
Just tried to eat here... They appear to be permanently closed. All of the menus are down. There is no note on the door.
Figures, their shake machine was almost always down. Their other food was usually good. Service was either fantastic or mediocre, depending on who was working.
Well they look like they are ready to be closed an hour an half early. Do not go here late they will be slow cause they don’t want to dirty things. Nasty rude women always working front also. Guess manager is just sitting in office
Quiet place. Good service, good food. Curly fries were a little overcooked. Nothing exceptional about my experience, just average.
Too long left roast beef she use microwave heat up that why taste funny and she not wearing gloves and credit card down
I was traveling with my family so we stopped for a quick bite to eat. They were understaffed, wait time was a bit long but they did the best they could with what they had
Girl who was working was nice but on the phone the entire time. A guy was mixing lemonade in a container on the floor with no glove and his hand well into the container. I don’t think 5 Mac n cheese balls are enough for the price. Bathroom was not clean and hot water didn’t work.
Rhonda is the sweetest person. She constantly made sure we had what we needed. She said she loves Arby’s and loves children. Thank you for being a great person Rhonda!
