This nice girl with brown curly hair was really nice to me she had great attitude the whole time wished me a merry Christmas and I asked for her name and it was Layla and she got my food in 5 minutes and it looked like she was the only one doing work I order a roast beef classic meal and it was great thank you Layla!
Arby's always has Tasty food. This visit was o exception. Staff was friendly even with my special request. My doctor says no salt. Doesn't stop me from order crinkle fries. Hot and crispy as always.
I should have made the review when we made this visit.
I've rarely had issues from any locations with Arby's.
Great Food, Great Service, just a touch over priced. But it's what is expected from inflation.
Always worth the cost in my personal opinion.
Every time I order the Gyro it doesn’t have roast beef. They put lamb on it. This time was in Ankeny even repeated it back to me roast beef extra sauce and still got it wrong order number D T357 it was on November 22, 2024 at 11:39 PM. I get down the road on the interstate because I’m from out of town and it’s got the wrong stuff on it again.
I visited on 5/23 and hadn't planned to leave a review, but after talking with a neighbor who had a similar experience I thought maybe management was unaware. On 5/23 I placed an order for one dinner through the drive through. There were two other cars in front of me and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get to the window. When I reached the window I was ignored. I didn't intend to complain about the lengthy duration but an explanation would have been nice. After an additional two minutes where the clerks messed around,I called out to one of them. He said he'd be over in a minute. After three more minutes ignored, I drove off. Fortunately I hadn't paid but I didn't appreciate 25 minutes of my time wasted. Worth noting the lobby was not busy. I don't know what was going on but a simple "sorry" would have gone miles.
Holy buckets! I ordered a half-pound roast beef meal and there was so much meat on that sammich that it was falling out all over the place! Tasted great too. The restaurant was clean and the staff were professional. Go to this Arby's if you are driving through Des Moines!
Went through the drive through and ordered a turkey sandwich and my wife ordered the cheesy hamburger with cheese and lettuce and tomato only. When we received our food after we had paid we left. My wife’s sandwich was not the way she asked for. Whoever made the sandwich is at fault. The took an already made up sandwich and took the cheese and everything off of it and put it back together. No lettuce or tomato on it. If this is the way you are treating customers that have to wait in line at the drive up then I will never come there again and I have already told my family and friends.
I went through the drive-through ordered two lemonades I get to the window. They told me they’re waiting for their computer to reboot and walk away. I sit there another six minutes, waiting for their computer to reboot and I waved in the window to someone and said can’t you just give me my two lemonades and ring it in after the computers are up and running? The employee told me they were waiting for their computers to reboot again ridiculous. Terrible customer service. They could’ve given me the lemonade and rang it in later. I don’t know what kind of problem-solving skills your employees have but that is not good service. I don’t know what your employees identify as but one thing is they are not good workers
