Usually when I eat lunch here it's pretty good in all areas . The other day the young girl that was working the counter absolutely sucked ! Very rude ! No hi welcome to Arby's , thank you or nothing. Just plain face with no nothing. Should get her a better attitude or fire her ass ! ! ! Don't tell me you can't find anybody to work cause Chick fil-A and Fives Guys are running over with employees. She shouldn't even been there cause now me and my Crew will not be back there . Hardly any meat in my Gyro ( supposedly 3oz. ) , sorry but for an almost $12 meal ...... not except able!
Staff suck always forget something in the bag. Always check your bag. ask for a side of something like a ranch and charge u a dollar for 1 cup. This location is just not very friendly or good
I ordered the garlic ribeye steak sandwich meal, it was cold. The crispy onion was not on it, the garlic aïoli sauce wasn’t on it and It was smashed flat and very sloppy. The curly fries was cold as well.
My wife and I had lunch at the Arby's Restaurant located on University Drive NW in Huntsville. AL, on Thursday, 8/1/24. We placed our dine-in order (order id AAAV5MDYACAU) at 11:48 a.m. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. We thought that maybe it was because they were preparing fresh fries. Wrong! When we finally got our food, the fries were cold and old. What a disappointing meal. And two regular sandwiches, two regular fries, and two regular drinks cost us $20. No wonder people are swearing off fast food. This was a case in point. Won't do Arby's again!!!
Just went through the drive thru and the employee was super rude! She didn't sound like she wanted to take anyone's orders or she obviously don't want her job! Horrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend this Arby's to anyone until they change their staff or learn proper customer service!
Rude, slow, and unprofessional. Sat in the drive through forever with only one car ahead of me. They didn’t even want to take my order at first. Get with the program!!!! Hire better people.
VERY slow!!!! There was something crawling on the ground ( bug/ mouse? ) because the drive through person And another person inside we're talking so loudly with the window open Saying there it goes, it crawled under there.It better not touch me. I will definitely not.I'll be coming back to this Arby's again
I’m honestly just completely ticked off that the website said they’re open till 2 and I get here 30 till and they have every single light on and the sign and the menu are still on but they’re either not here or refusing to come take my order
