I love this location. The food is always tasty and great service. I'm usually helped by the same associate or possibly a manager, usually after 10 pm on Sunday or Thursday. Give this woman a raise! She's so personable and professional and I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks for the great service once again!
Dining area definitely has a 90's decor but that's how I like it.
Food is okay but the lady that cooks could smile once in a while.
Employee turnover there seems pretty high.
Michael at this location was very chipper and friendly. I bought the 2 for $6 deal with a beef and cheddar and the 3 piece tenders. I received 3 and a half tenders because one of them was pretty small. I’m glad they didn’t try to pass that one off as a full tender. Overall a 4 star experience but the friendly customer service brings it up to a five star experience. Well done Arby’s on Sawmill, well done.
DoorDash brought me the completely wrong order and I went ahead and drove up to the store since they’re not too too far from me they 100% made it right. Everything was fresh. They didn’t make me pay. The workers were apologetic and so nice and I just think they should be recognized for that. I love this Arby’s. It is always been one of the best Arby’s around. Thank you guys for being such amazing employees. You’re very appreciated.

Arby's is usually a great deal for me. You know my motto is "GET THE APP", but in this case you also want the emails. I received a coupon to buy a steak sandwich and get free fries and a drink. I'm not a fan of the curly fries so I got potato (yum yum) cakes instead. For a little over $3.00 in Ohio. The Petite Steak sandwich with bacon and garlic butter was pretty good. I'm crazy about ciabatta bread.
I also want to commend Miss Tracy for her wonderful service. She always has an upbeat and bubbly attitude with ALL of her customers.
I had an E Gift card that can only be redeemed in store according to the website. Miss Tracy, the Assistant Manager told me it had to be done on the mobile app. She wouldn't even attempt to punch in the 16 digit number for me. Seems like they need to train their managers.
Tonight - 4/13/24- Ordered a BLT wrap with some chicken strips (nuggets) and BBQ sauce…. Amongst some other food. Got home (10 minute drive) and the wrap was a Buffalo chicken wrap and sauce was marinara sauce. Thought… maybe I could try the Buffalo wrap (though I’m not a fan of spicy food but am hungry) and the wrap literally fell apart in my lap upon opening. I imagine the buffalo sauce made it sloppy. Immediately I had to clean hot sauce out of my blouse. Though I understand mistakes - this was the topping to an already bad day. ????…and I was left hungry…as the nuggets and other food were not for me. Thankfully I keep BBQ in my fridge.
