Beautifully amazing inside. Nice and clean. Service was quick, especially when you order the 5 for 5. I loved the light up fountain drinks and how they have diet lemonade. The sauces weren’t as good as I usually think they are, but I enjoyed the food with the big amount of meat put on each sandwich.
This is by far the cleanest, fastfood establishment I've been in, in a long time. Service was pleasant. I'm so impressed.
Ordered a double beef and cheddar plain with the sauces on the sde. They charged me for the cheddar chèese when I already paid for the sandwich. Also ordered curly fries and they were over cooked. Never go here again.
If I could I'd give ZERO stars. Just got a crispy chicken wrap the first bite immediately knew I took a bite of raw chicken. I really hope I don't end up with food poisoning ????
I get home to find out the order was made completely wrong because the 3 teenagers would rather play around instead of doing their job and the manager was encouraging it. Quit hiring teenagers and start paying adults to work these job they are not for teenagers anymore.
After calling a few times because they kept adding bacon to my salad I finally come home thinking that it was made right until I realized that my whole salad was soupy and watery and that’s when I tipped over the container and realized the bottom was flooded with either water or some mysterious liquid. Haven’t had Arby’s in years and sad to say I’m very disappointed
I'm from Atlanta Georgia!! Being in Illinois it's not the same !! rude people out here but this Arby's showed me a southern hospitality!! It was raining so hard I was soaking wet!!!!! the Hispanic lady that works in there offered me a dry Arby's shirt!! That was awesome ????!! Plus the food was great ???? good place to eat !!! Thanks Arby's!!!!
I went through the drive through today Service was fast but seriously the smokehouse brisket I got is the smallest sandwich I have ever seen. I opened it up there is literally four pieces of meat I just paid eight dollars for this sandwich !! This is unacceptable.... the quality of the sandwich was good ???? not the portions.
