Had not been by Arby’s literally in years and stopped by Sunday at 11:30 AM for lunch. The restaurant was empty of customers but had two employees working both the drive through and dine in area. The menu has certainly expanded since my last visit and includes hamburgers and chicken. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries along with a cherry turnover and wife had a roast beef and cheddar with curly fries. It was as tasty as I remember and the service was quick even with three drive through customers coming through about the same time. The place was clean and the seating was okay but not new. Some of the condiments by the beverage station were empty so had to go ask for them at the counter but were quickly provided. The two staff members were polite and cleanly dressed. Total bill including two drinks was $22. Plenty of parking not hard to get in and out of the lot and back to Hwy 17.
The employees are always polite at both Leland locations and try their best to make sure you don't leave unhappy! They've got the meats and great customer service!
Drive in. Asked us to pull up, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for the food. Two guys come out and start passing out bags. Ignored us. Went in and asked for our food. We were told they gave it to someone else and had no more to cook. They compensated my daughter with a free meal coupon and a Beef n Cheddar 35 minutes later.
Ordered 2 large meals and received medium fries and should have opened my sandwiches before leaving. Mine is weirdly shredded and my wife opened hers and found no bun. This place has really gone down hill. Definitely not going back.
I like to stop here every few months and it’s good but tonight made twice recently I’ve stopped ,and they’re completely out of roast beef- i don’t understand it. So NO they don’t have THE MEATS
Management can't keep beef in stock last two times they couldn't make two sandwiches not enough roast beef really Arby's keeps running out. My wife drove 20 miles
I do go to ARBY'S frequently because their food is usually served fresh and it's usually tasty. The service is always good and their restaurants are well kept and clean.
I went to ARBY'S today to get the highly advertised " Kings Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich" for me and my brother.
WE WERE VERY DISSAPOINTED !
ARBY'S should be charged with false advertising ! ! !
This sandwich is a mix of regular bacon and "some" brown sugar bacon.
I was so dissatisfied with the taste of this sandwich that I called the restaurant manager. He explained that this sand-
wich does not consist of all brown sugar bacon.
WHAT ! ! !
THAT FACT IS NEVER MENTIONED IN THEIR ADVERTISING !
Long story short...I had disappointing BLT sandwich.
People need to know that ARBY'S new Bacon brown sugar sandwich has regular bacon on it too.
It should be advertised as such !
SHAME ON YOU ARBY'S !
They need better help at night the kids they have just play around.
9/2/24 tried to go by just now at 8:50. They wouldn't answer the drive thru, the doors were locked. Tried to call but the 3 employees inside refused to answer. I hope yall realize you are wasting your money your lazy night time employees
