It's Friday October 19th. At 10:55 p.m. just left the drive-thru. I didn't catch the woman's name but whoever she was was literally the best EVER. She was super nice polite and friendly! It was very close to closing time so I apologized for coming so late. And she was super super sweet about it. I wish all fast food chains had employees like this. So to whomever in upper management reads this,,, please find out who she is and show her recognition for her kindness and good work ethics.
Very disappointing. Wanted a shake but the ice cream machine was down. Ordered 2 large fries and a Beef & Cheddar Sandwich. Fries were soggy and definitely had been sitting out for a while. Sandwich was just a disaster. Barely any cheese, and WAY too much Arby’s sauce. The bottom bun was so soggy from the amount of sauce it was falling apart. Can’t believe they think it’s okay to even serve food that looks this bad. They weren’t even busy or anything, we were the only car in the drive thru! Used to be so much better but now it’s a shame, disappointed almost every time. At this point it’d be better to close the restaurant due to understaffing and lack of customer service.
Update: Another disappointing trip. Once again they weren't busy. Received really overcooked burnt fries and the wrong flavor shake. It was just regular vanilla flavor with cinnamon on top… Not the Cinnamon Caramel Shake. The girl working had seemed nice enough, but unfortunately can’t do the job very well.
When I spend my money I expect to get what I ordered not what you WANTED TO MAKE. If it’s not available JUST SAY THAT DONT GIVE ME WHATS YOU THINK I SHOULD SUBSTITUTE IT WITH. Won’t be visiting this location anymore besides for a shake. Hopefully you don’t mess that up too. Wasting people gas having to come back but I should have known to check my food when y’all most likely paying these employees nothing so they don’t really gaf! Oh and let me not forget 3 orders of fries not once in this order but twice.
I asked for 2 roast beef sliders and a 4pc Mozzarella sticks. The register person tells me she's got me at the window. I pull up and she's trying to hand me a drink, which means she didn't put my order in and forgot about me. I reorder at the window and they get it up fast, but I heard her call for Jalapeño sliders, and I was hoping it was a different order. As she hands them to me I clarify, these are roast beef sliders right? I'm told yes, and when I check them, they're Jalapeño sliders.
So I go around, go inside, and ask for the roast beef sliders I ordered twice. They proceed to make fun of me in the prep area for not knowing what I'm ordering.
I'll never be back to this location and suggest people go elsewhere.
I was there on Friday 9/6/24 early evening and I wish I knew the name of the woman working the drive thru just so I could compliment her on the excellent customer service. Anytime I’ve been there she seems to be one there and she is just so professional and kind. The food is fine and I haven’t been inside this location in years, only the drive thru but she is the best and the reason I chose Arby’s over other places on the same road.
Place was unkept and dirty. I've been here many times yet lately it's become dirtier and dirtier. Fires on floor, pans on floor catching fallen fries and grease. Lobby tables unwiped even though I'm the only customer. This location has went to the pits. Returned on 7-29-23 to try the fish strips. They're made with the hush puppies batter. Not very good at all. The floor is still sticky, you can hear yourself walk.
The person taking the order was horrible talked very quiet and got what seem like a lil angry when I didn't give her the right change bc I couldn't hear her correctly the said nothing to me about when my food would be out I sat outside the window for about 15 mins and my food was still under cooked I'm disgusted that I just ate raw chicken
Was not pleased with the food. Service was ok. After waiting for 15 mins to get to the speaker to order was asked to wait... Then as we get to window to pay the girl seemed irritated that someone else was ordering. She was still nice to us. But our food was cold. Fries were not even hot or fresh. My cheese was not melted on my chicken sandwich. I understand everyone is short handed but i would have waited a few more minutes for fresh food. Warmed it up when got home.
