Best WLM Reviews
Got a Turkey gobbler meal with fried Mac and cheese bites as the side, sandwich was good but the bites were extremely burnt. Had to wait a while and had a slightly difficult time with the employee taking my order, he was lightly over-confused. I work at a near fast food establishment so the service is excusable but the product is the most important piece of the experience, especially when it’s quite expensive. Otherwise an okay experience.
Stopped in on 9/8/24 at 7:54 pm
After being told the potato cakes and hamburgers were discontinued we Ordered 1 beef and cheddar classic and large curly fries which were hard as a brick and cold as ice. Come on man! Is it that hard to take pride in your work! Stop sending junk out the window for people to eat!
Absolute unexceptable!
My family had a pleasent and very positive dining experience.
Updated Review!
So today my wife and I stopped in for dinner and Arby’s changed their music selection. I’m not a country fan ???? but the music was not distracting and I was able to eat in peace. Thank you for changing the station to less vulgar music ????.
I normally will never give a fast food restaurant 5 stars but for the fact they do have great customer service and great food and took my last review and made changes I feel they deserve a change from my 3 to 5 star review.
(Old Review)Food and service was great, however the radio station they have playing music plays inoperative music. The music ruined the experience. If you don’t mind bad music or are using the Drive-Thru then I would recommend this Arby’s.
Ordered loaded fries with cheese and bacon only, they gave me chicken tenders on top. I went back in to correct my order and they gave me fries with one little squirt of cheese and 2 slivers of bacon pieces. Pathetic. If you’re going to work there, at least do the job right.
The classic cheddar roast beef, twice in the last (2) months was added (saturated) like it was dip into the sauce.
My than 1/2 my work life, involved travel. I cover all lower 48 as well as order fast food in every state. I do recall being asked if I like sauce or not thru the drive through. I remember when you ordered in, just adding sauce or cheddar cheese from canisters.
Sauce is usually asked if you like some, not to automatically added sauce.
It would be less of a mess to eat, if they only applied 1/2 the amount or better yet ask, It's like having a French Aujus order and someone pre-dipping it.
If a mang would look on the monthly cost of sauce, and directed employees to ask regarding the sauce or cutting back to 1/2 being applied. They might see a significant amt of less sauce being used and save in the cost of monthly sauce
The food just isn't good here anymore and way to high priced! I hadn't eaten here for about a year and a half because it wasn't good anymore and I decided to give it another try. Probably the worst place I have eaten in years!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The manager, Joe, was very disrespectful to his staff and customers. This was the worst experience at fast food I have ever had and will not ever be coming back. GET NEW MANAGEMENT !!!!
