Food was great! I did notice the workers were talking about their personal business where we could hear it. Seemed a little unprofessional.

This used to be the best Arby's in town they totally forgot our sliders for the kids who then cried ???? they forgot to put the cheese on the beef and cheddar's?!!! Then when my husband went back they wanted to take the same sandwiches and add cheese which I'm pretty sure is against health department regulations and it's just rude like fix it right so my husband just got a refund to bad I love Arby's but if that's the best y'all can do we'll spend our money elsewhere! Very disappointed in how this was handled lost great CUSTOMERS!
The chicken sliders are half the size they used to be.... I'm not impressed at all.
Stopped for lunch there today. Went in an ordered take out. The drive thru was packed. Inside was almost as busy. The staff was small. But they were taking care of business. The lady at the counter was terrific. My order was perfect. And fast considering the amount of customers in the drive thru. Most places put people in the drive thru before people in the lobby. Not here. My favorite Arby's. Been going here for years. Never had a bad experience.
