Great Arby’s. Service was pretty good. Food was also excellent. Great prices and if you join there rewards program when you get a free appetizer. overall great experience would definitely go back to this one
This place is just getting worse by the day. Picked up 2 gyros get home they are cold cold like machine was never turned on. Pita was old the minute I grabbed it it broke apart. Could not complain to customer service as they won’t give you a receipt unless you ask and I was home already. Sept 14 12:45 pm
Friendly staff and quick service. Easy to choose your own soda and refills, but out of Coke and Mello Yello, and the tea was weak. Store smells musty.
It’s fast food. It looks like a fast food restaurant. The table was really sticky. That being said I ordered a gyro. My expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised. The gyro was actually quite good! The price was great 2 for $6. One person can’t eat two but it will be great for lunch tomorrow. The man working the counter named Mark was VERY very nice. Which is also a pleasant surprise, you don’t find many nice people at fast food restaurants anymore.
i went to get some nuggets and fries and i just wanted to say "Victorialis" had some of the best customer service i have ever had. not only was she constantly updating me on the status of my order but she made my food completely fresh with a friendly and nice smile!!! give her a raise
I went through the drive through and ordered the half pound classic roast beef sandwich. I was not offered any sauce and was not given a receipt. The meat was okay but the bun tasted stale and like plastic. Over all the sandwich tasted nasty and went in the trash. I am extremely disappointed!
Been coming on and off throughout years, even before/after renovations. First time I've had such immeasurable customer service. Gentleman named Joel went step by step on how to get the best combo's for what I was looking for while upselling new products.
If y'all keep hiring people that don't care about their job like I've seen in the past, you need to give this man a raise like yesterday.
Thanks for being so nice! Seriously the woman at the drive thru was really nice and even offered to add the liquid cheese to my sandwich after I ordered it and was at the window to pay because she could tell I wanted it but got flustered at the window and didn't ask for it. I dont like the bun that they use for the beef and cheddar. It's messy looking in the pic but that's just how it is. Dip a fry in it, good to go ???? thanks for being awesome
