Absolutely horrific food!!! I hadn't been to one in years and figured I would get some. It was literally the worst foot I have had in YEARS!!! Small portions and flavorless. Learned my lesson to not try something you hadn't had in over 7 years YUCKKKK!!!!!
Food is always hot and delicious and some of the friendliest interacting with their employees that I've had in a long time anywhere.(Wish they would put the potato cakes back on the menu permanently.)
REALLY surprised, in the best way, with this experience. The friendly cashier, Regina, was super helpful guiding me in deciding exactly what I wanted from this huge menu of delicious looking food, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t even finished filling my drink and getting extra Arby’s sauce when she came over with my tray of food! And it was hot & delicious. I think Arby’s might be the only place around where the food you get looks and tastes as good as it looks in the pictures. But the experience was what was beyond expectations on this visit to Nola. This girl who was so efficient behind the counter takes care of her last customer at the register, then heads into the dining area to ask people how things are going and offering to grab their empty trays and wipe down empty tables. Am I really in Arby’s? This is service that used to be fairly common back before this young lady was even born, but seldom seen anymore. But here she was with a smile on her face talking to customers like she owned the place and was genuinely happy to see them stop by. Kudos to her and this whole staff who maintain this clean, efficient, and friendly store.

Lady @ the drive- up window was a very kind and courteous our order came out promptly and was accurate and delicious!
The roast beef sandwich itself was good. But the curly fries were bitter which meant that the frying oil they use was old.
Just had Arby’s for the first time and that was good. 10/10. Trust me, I’m a picky eater so if I like the food, you will too. Also, the staff is very polite. The bathrooms and dine in area are clean. Most restaurants can’t do that and keep up especially on a weekend. This place has earned my trust. Will come again soon. One more thing, it’s also heartburn friendly.????
Never been to this location prior to this but it isn’t worth going to. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and was basically ignored. Finally an employee walked up (can’t tell you who because she didn’t have a name tag on) and very reluctantly asked me what I wanted. I ordered a number 11 and she never asked if I wanted Greek or roast beef then told me a total. I then informed her I wanted Greek and asked if that total was for combo? She then added the combo without asking what size I wanted and snapped out another total. I informed her I need more to the order and she rolled her eyes and took the rest of the order.
Finally got my order, in pieces but it eventually all got to me. When I open the sandwich it had tomatoes although I ordered no tomatoes and the fries were cold. I went to get some Arby’s sauce but the dispenser was empty. I went to the counter and asked for some and they acted so annoyed that I asked for some that it made me actually feel like I did something wrong.
I would avoid this location unless they make some big changes in policy or some staff changes. It might get better in the future.
