Missthe Hawaain Bourbon Bacon and Fish sandwiches. Would visit more often if they returned. Enjoy quality of their value selections. The staff also works hard even though they seem to either be understaffed or lack much experience in the operation these days.
Food was fresh because we waited for it. No problem waiting on fresh food. That's what we pay for.
The last few times I was there my food was cold
Yeah sometimes they have the meat and sometimes they don't most of the time they don't they actually ran out of roast beef really how about in a month they ran out at least three times, that on our crispy chicken patties crinkle fries ran out of those two ran out of milk milkshake mix ran out of medium bags all for rent out a medium cups every month they run out of something best if you just go on there and run out yourself
I got in line for drive through at 525 pm. There was no one in the dinning area. From this time on it took extremely long to get to order. There was only 3 cars in front of me 1 which was ordering and 2 others. I got my food at just after 6pm. I ordered jalapenos bites, mozzarella sticks, and the premium chicken bites. Very fast, clean , food was freshly cooked. The staff Destiny,Madison and Cheyenne were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Best visit to a restaurant in awhile. The family was more than pleased .
Arby's is just simply the best, especially this one here in Bellevue. Not one thing was missing from our order, seating was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever had in a restaurant, and the staff, both times, were absolutely amazing!
Items I got: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - An easy 5-star rating on this sandwich. It's the perfect balance of spice, flavor, and size. Arby's had, and still has, the meats.
Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries - Cheesey, flavourful, and the right size for the right price. 5 stars.
Chocolate shake - I have no words for this one. It is just the best shake I have ever tasted. 5 stars. Plus one.

About 5-10 minute wait for our food (group of 3 - 4 sandwiches, loaded fries, mozzarella sticks, chocolate shake, tea, fountain drink, and normal fries.)
The fries were cold. I went during happy hour and I wasnt aware that the happy hour prices had went up. I asked the cashier and she said if I had read the sign I would've seen that only a drink and a fry were a $1. She wasn't friendly that store needs alot of help.When it get dark the lights never come on I live right beside the store. They loose customers every day.
