I wanted to try the deep fried turkey club and it was nothing like advertised! It was wet and slimy. It was rubbery and not fully cooked. I was very disappointed. My crinkle fries tasted like they been sitting under the heat lamp for a time. No dinner for me.
Waited almost 15 minutes for "fast "food. The person was not trying to hand us out items we had to practically reach all the way into the window. Not a friendly place. Co workers Too busy entertaining each other than helping paying customers
Courteous workers, fast service, very clean tables and dining area. Even TV to watch! My only complaint, very hard to pull in to this location and get to parking if someone is pulling out. I just thought I would loop behind building and get to parking. However, that loop put me in the drive up window line. I saw this happen to others while we waited. There may be no good way to fix this, but it was a problem. Kids enjoyed their meal and drinks. Crinkle fries were hot and crispy!
My beef and cheddar had more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich. Why did you skimp on the cheese? At least my curly fries were hot and fresh. Apple turnover was okay too. Person at counter could have been a little friendlier. I kinda felt unwelcome.
I used the drive thru at Arby's. There were 2 cars ahead of me. In a matter of minutes, I was placing my order. About 5 minutes later, I was at window. Cashier is polite and my food was ready. My order was correct and food was hot(right temp). Would go there again.
3/21/2022 - Used drive thru today. Car line moved well. I ordered a Roast Beef double meal and Reuben meal. Since it was lunch time and I got the Reuben, I knew it would not be ready when I got to the window. Friendly cashier. Pulled into spot 2 and food was delivered in less than 5 mins. Hot and fresh. Keep up the good service.
The staff here is incredibly rude and more often than not messes up my order. The girl who works the drive thru window seems to be the most miserable and unhappy person I’ve ever encountered. She never greets me, she never has a smile on her face, and today gave me small drinks instead of the large that I paid for and when I asked for sauce said it was in the bag already but there was no sauce. I wasn’t even given a receipt so I have no way to prove what I paid for.
Only go to this location if you wanna be treated poorly and overpay for food they won’t give you/mess up.
Very friendly drive through worker. Forgot my drink but gave my dogs 2 pup cups. So fair enough
I don't know why I was so cold in there to have a meal and the temperature outside was cold the atmosphere was a nice I want to tell my meal inside but unfortunately that didn't work out so I have my meal in my car
