Best WLM Reviews
I guess their “wraps” are made with a small and flat chicken tender, literally the size of a Q tip and wrapped in a tortilla. Not worth the wait. Not worth the money. It’s not even lukewarm. The day shift does a better job than the night shift in conclusion.
I wish I had got more pictures, but I was so pissed off I did not even care. I do not know who was working the night shift on 05/11/2024, but you clearly do not give a damn what customers consume. Everything was stale and old like they gave us the leftovers that was sitting around. The fries were so old that they were white and dry on the inside. The tenders were hard and old they were dried out as well. The buffalo sliders you could not even eat because it was that old. The only items worth salvaging were the gyro and the wraps. Whoever fixed the food tonight and whoever was the manager on the shift this night need to be fired immediately.
Like Keteras review, fries were old and had been fried a second time to heat them up. Very oily a d bottom of the basket crumbs.
Chicken tender were not much better and incredibly small. Also closed doors 30 minutes earlier than the window sticker on the door. They gave us no red sauce with 2 orders of x4 mozzarella sticks - the only item not pre fried an hour ago and sitting out.
The service at the drive-thru was reasonable but the roast beef sandwich was mediocre. It's been a while since my last sandwich at Arby's and they seem to have changed the recipe for the sliced beef, probably for cost cutting, and the flavor and texture is less satisfactory.
Ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich, got home missing bacon tomato and onion. Called and talked with Asa she took my name, went back s few days later and was completed with new sandwiches. Great customer service and professionalism.
We got dinner in the drive through.
My wife and I ordered Greek gyro meals with 6 cheese sticks for sides. We were asked to pull away from the drive through window, told they would bring our food out within 4 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I went inside. They had totally forgotten our order. There was not one patron inside the restaurant, and at least three workers behind the counter. No reason for us to have had to wait so long. Once I got our order, when I got to the car, it was short one of the 6 cheese stick. Absolute incompetence. I had to go back ibside for the order cheese stick order. I will not go back to that location again.
Used a coupon for two, 2$ shakes, and they were very good. Everyone working there was polite and attentive, and I used another coupon for two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. I love saving money at a location with a great health department score.
Two stars because staff was friendly. But my food and my wife food was soaked. The curly fries were orange and hard. I ordered a small and got a medium. I ordered her a medium and got a large. It wouldn't have been so bad if I paid for what I asked for. We were hungry not starving so we knew what we wanted. Her sandwich was soggy and extremely sloppy a d my boneless chicken was soggy and drenched in sauce. Fast food in Hinesville shows me each time I try to just cook for myself.
