Completely missed the order. Ordered #4 burger and crinkled fries. They gave curly fries and the standard roast beef sandwich. After a 10 min wait!! The guys were good. But that was it.
Go here for the classic Greek gyro and curly fries. This time, the gyro lacked it's filling. Food was uneven and sauce was not spread, so some bites were dry and just bread, others were just meat and some were just sauce and lettuce. Fries were no better. Great taste, but they gave me the what looked like the frail, broken up pieces at the bottom of the leftovers. There was even one regular fry in there that smelled fishy. Odd!
I walked in expecting typical fast food service but received way more than that. The associate at the counter gave the absolute best customer service I've had in such a long time and was very attentive to our needs. If you enjoy Arby's I highly recommend this one in particular but just make sure Chris is at the counter
Stopped on 04 September 2024. Chris was working the register, and has had the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. Anywhere. The food was excellent, and the restaurant itself immaculate. Super jealous, overall, that this place is not my hometown eatery. 10/10 recommended.
8/19/2024 update: Reubens are still good, but crinkle fries not cooked enough and taste like a baked potato, not crispy...disappointed.

Usual Arby's menu. Italian sandwich contents getting skimpy. Like every other place, guess they are weighing sandwiches now...sad.
Salad was fresh, 5 piece tender meal was a little disappointing. If the tenders are going to be that small they should throw some more in there at what they charge, otherwise a decent meal and the lady at the window was sweet.
**Edit***Decided to eat in the restaurant this time. I can't really grip about the food, it is what it is, fast food. BUT, for heaven's sake can we mop the floor. My flip flop stuck to the sticky floor and I kept going, barefoot.
I just went through the drive thru here off States Bridge Rd. I’ve worked nearby for months but never stopped in at this Arbys. I’ve had a hard day today as my sister is in law enforcement and her partner was severely injured during a call this morning. I’ve cried all morning and decided I wanted some emotional support curly fries. The gentleman who was working the drive thru was the MOST kind, helpful, optimistic person I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with in such a short amount of time. He had no idea of the morning I’ve had. He brought my food to my car and went back in to grab me sauce I’d forgot to request, making sure I didn’t feel guilty about it and offering kind words of being blessed and thankful to help me. I feel like the universe made me want Arby’s today so that I could have this exchange and be reminded of the goodness and warmth that still exist around me. To that man, I didn’t catch your name, but thank you for being you.
Super nice staff. So helpful and cheery. I will be coming back! They are fab here. (BLT sooo tasty!!) Order ready quickly and it was 12:30! Loved my visit
